Proclamation from the assembly for the Government of The United States of America to the United States, in Congress assembled. IN THE MATTER OF RESIDENT DECLARATIONS IT IS PROCLAIMED by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals for the Government of The United States of America that the following conditions shall be implemented for those people that choose to execute a RESIDENT DECLARATION to reside permanently within The United States of America. Further, this Proclamation shall extend to those people that choose to execute a RESIDENT DECLARATION, without a letter of exile, proclamation, and an oath or affirmation to change their status to American National. IT IS PROCLAIMED by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals for the Government of The United States of America that this proclamation shall adhere to the Geneva Convention even though the Government of The United States of America has not entered into that agreement. IT IS PROCLAIMED by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals for the Government of The United States of America that all RESIDENT DECLARATIONS AND THE RESIDENTS of the Government of The United States of America shall enjoy the following protections during this transition of settling the Nation as a whole. CONDITIONS OF RESIDENT STATUS PROCLAIMED 1: *XXX Person of unspecified nationality, for whom the issuing State does not consider it necessary to specify any of the codes XXA, XXB or XXC above, whatever that persons status may be. This category may include a person who is neither stateless nor a refugee but who is of unknown nationality and legally residing in the State of issue.

2: XXB Refugee, as defined in Article 1 of the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees as amended by the 1967 Protocol. 3:The RESIDENT DECLARTION shall be placed in the following categories depending on the circumstances of each individual case: A: Political Asylum B: Standard RESIDENCY. C: sovereign citizen/stateless persons D: resident alien E: RESIDENT with intent to settle a State. F: Whistle Blower status or witnesses of International Crimes 4: The RESDIENT/INTERNATIONAL PERSON shall enjoy Foreign Sovereign Immunity from any entity registered to do business in the State of Delaware. 5: The surety for the PERSON shall be immune from all obligations set forth from any entity registered to do business within the State of Delaware and any other state of the union under the conditions that the intent of the RESIDENT is to settle a State within the original Union. 6: The affirmed American Nationals shall be indemnified from any criminal acts committed by any RESIDENT or the surety thereof wherein the surety shall not be held harmless nor claim immunity from the courts of The United States of America. 7: All accounts of the RESIDENT and the surety thereof shall enjoy a cease and desist on all accounts until the accounts can be settled thereby clearing all titles of any foreign claim. 8: The RESIDENTS shall have a monthly meeting with the American Nationals for communication purposes. 9: The RESIDENTS shall enjoy RESIDENCY within The United States of America until such time as the RESIDENT is qualified to take the oath or affirmation as an American National. The assembly of affirmed American Nationals for the Government of The United States of America shall decide when those qualifications and when the RESIDENT may take the oath or affirmation as an American National. 10: The RESIDENTS give full disclosure of any criminal record and all details of said record before any RESIDENT DECLARATION is fully honored by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals for the Government of The United States of America. 11: Once the RESIDENT DECLARATION is fully honored by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals for the Government of The United States of America, the RESIDENT DECLARATION shall be honored for a minimum of (30) thirty days and a maximum of (5) five years.

12: Any further steps after thirty days are written and enacted in the NATURALIZATION ACT OF 2013.
