The Annual 2014 Whispering Brook Olive Long Table Luncheon
this year features a sumptuous Mediterranean inspired menu,
wine and a special guest speaker to talk about the health benefts of
olives and the Mediterranean diet.
A spectacular 4-course menu has been designed by Chef Andrew
Wright to highlight the quality and fexibility of extra virgin olive oil and
olives. The alfresco luncheon, held amongst the estates olive groves,
will be complemented with matching Whispering Brook wines.
We are privileged to welcome back this year as our special guest
speaker, leading Australian cardiologist, Professor Len
Kritharides, to discuss the secrets of the Mediterranean diet.
