REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES ) CITY OF BAGUIO ) S.S KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I, HAINA JULATON, of legal age, single, a native of Philippines, born on the 13th of December, 1980, a resident of 49A Ledesma St. Modernsite, Baguio City, being of sound & disposing mind and memory , and not acting under undue intimidation from anyone , do hereby declare and proclaim this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language which I am well conversant. And I hereby declare that: I. I desire that should I die, it is my wihs to be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church and interred at our family mausoleum in La Union. To my friend JORDAN GREEN, I give and bequeath half of my shares in our Corporation, Alliot Group. To my only child KENJIE JULATON , I give and bequeath all my other properties, real and personal , whatsoever and wheresoever located. I designate QUENCY MAE JULATON, as the sale executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament and in her incapacity; I name and designate JECCA COSTALES as her substitute.

I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament of substitute need not be present any bond; I hereby revoke, set aside, any and all of my other will or testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed signed or published preceding this Last Will and Testament.
