Project Description: The objective of this project is to consolidate and store the information that
the ministry/agency has on the various high-level foreign personalities whom they had contact
with. Each ministry/agency will input their own respective data into the central server and able to
access the personalities profile. This will ensure that the information is up to date and
comprehensive. The Personality Profiles System (PPS) module is developed to assist its officers
to keep and maintain specific information about VIPs or persons of interest. The key business

processes in this project are sharing of personality information and on-line discussion. This
project has efficiently used web services to store and/or access confidential data of the agency.

Project Title : Scoreboard system & Abacus

Client : Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore (Scoreboard system & Abacus)

Project Description: This Project involves 2 applications, Scoreboard system & Abacus.

The MFA Scoreboard System provides a means to track, monitor and measure the performance
of the various Directorates with respect to the performance targets set. The system also
generates monthly, quarterly and yearly statistics.

ABACUS is designed to enable the directorates to maintain their own FY Travel Budget. It
involves the initial projection of visits / meetings, creating and monitoring Directorate Budgets,
budgeting for visits / meetings, and claims when the officers return from the visits / meetings. The
system would handle all the routing required for each of the above functions. The system also
allows the generation of various reports.

Project Description: This Project is done using Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Enterprise
Application. This Portal allows NUS Students, Alumni's and Staff to create their own website,
community forums to share their ideas and knowledge. The sites also feature blogs, wikis,
document repository, picture gallery, etc., This Portal is centrally controlled by Site Collection
Administrators and the users are allowed to register to create their own sites and communities.
The Sites and Communities are created dynamically on the fly using the SharePoint API's.

Project Description: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) MPASS system is a one stop
centralized login system for MHA users to login to their applications. The MPASS system serves
as a centralized authentication system for all MHA applications to validate their users. Another
feature of MPASS is to provide a centralized point of call for information to MHA Sun One LDAP
Directory via Web Services. Main goal of this project is to implement a Directory Server (DS)
Management web-based Application to allow MHA to manage DS accounts and end user to have
self service flexibility. This website is designed with lot of security features.

Project Description: This website is designed to serve the public with providing information on
Civil Proceedings, Criminal proceedings, Judgments etc., It is a very user friendly and one stop
site for all Supreme Court proceedings. This website can be viewed in Chinese version also. This
project has an Admin view and a user view. Admin view involves managing subscribers,
managing news category, managing news. User view involves displaying news and signup as a
subscriber.

Project Description: This website showcases the different types of toys manufactured by the
company Toys-Connection. It enables the retailers to request online quotations using the
shopping cart module. The website consists of a user registration / login module too. The admin
module has the UI to update product details either wholly or separately, to upload images, to
process enquiries and email quotations as .csv attachment files to the retailers and to download
the database in zip file format.

Project Description: The software developed will ease out problem for employer as it takes care
of employees’ salary structure & bonus etc. It consists of following modules Masters, Transaction
& Reports. It helps user in maintaining the monthly transactions like entering OT hours, number of
days leave available any misc. earnings & deduction etc. Based on these entries the system
calculates Gross Pay, PF, ESI, PT, Net Deduction and Net Pay.
