Resolution General Assembly France (Ben Glenn) Israel/Palestine Two State Resolution The General Assembly, Affirming that the members of the General Assembly and Security Council are aware of the Israeli and Palestinian conflict that has been going on since the middle of the 20th century, Keeping in mind that the Palestinian people were the first people to settle and build in this area, Having examined article 13 and 15 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights that state everyone has the right to a nationality and the freedom of movement within their state (The Universal Declaration of Human Rights), and having found them Deeply regretting that no further action in this conflict has been made to discontinue all violence in this state, Noting the Right to Return for Palestinians is a great problem and the cause of conflict, Observing No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property (The Universal Declaration of Human Right article 17) Fully aware that the living conditions of the Palestinians in Gaza, The West Bank, and other refugee camps are inhumane in ways including lack of education, food, water, and medical conditions. Realizing in the West Bank territories there are illegal Israeli settlements and military action which violates resolution 446 (Palestinian territories), 1) Endorses the creation of a two state solution to solve the Israeli and Palestinian conflict and therefor; a. The Gaza Strip and The West Bank will become a sovereign Palestinian state, b. The boarders of the West Bank will be spanning from the top of Jenln to the surroundings of Hebron, c. The boarders of The Gaza Strip will go from Rafah to Gaza, d. Jerusalem will become an international zone form both people to visit, 2) Declares accordingly that the illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank territory will be relocated to the new Israeli land either by force or in a peaceful manner;

a. To use force the Israelis will have to be asked a total of 3 times to re locate and if they do not comply they will be moved out by military actions, b. All illegal settlers will be re located within the next 2 months or further more aggressive action will be taken, 3) Denies the Right to return for Palestinians beyond the new designated state boarders; a. Humanitarian aid will be given to all of the Palestinian people until they are in worthy living conditions, 4) Calls upon the Palestinian Government to have a small military to protect the borders of their new state; a. Small military groups such as the Hamas will be stripped of their weapons unless they agree to not attack Israeli citizens; b. These military groups will sign a treaty with the Palestinian government to follow all of their orders and commands, 5) If either the Israel or the Palestinian Government do not comply sanctions will be passed on them such as; a. No outside trade with other countries, 6) Welcomes all countries to support this resolution and to help end this conflict; a. All countries that do not want to join will have nothing placed upon them,

7) Emphasizes that the two state new borders will be affective immediately after this resolution is passed; 8) Urges all countries to pass this resolution to help end and resolve this huge conflict.
