AGREEMENT OF HIRE This AGREEMENT executed at Chennai, this 1st October 2013, between Smt.

Vijayalakshmi Ravichander w/o Mr. R. Ravichander, Hindu, aged 58 years, House wife,Residing at 20/ 7, 5th Cross Street, United India Colony, Kodambakkam, Chennai,600024, hereinafter called THE OWNER (contextually meaning / including her heirs, /Successors /legal representatives /executors /administrators /assigns) OF THE FIRST PART And Mr. S/O Mr, aged . years, residing at Flat No10, Lakshmi Nivasam,,New No.20(Old N011), 5Th Cross Street United India Colony, Kodambakkam,CHENNAI, 600024., hereinafter called the HIRER ( contextually meaning / including his heirs /successors /legal representatives / executors /administrators / assigns ) OF THE SECOND PART Wheras the OWNER has agreed to hire and the HIRER has agreed to take on hire the fittings and amenities provided in Flat No. 6 Latha Kunj Apartments, New No. 1, (old no. 9 ) Saradambal Street, Gokulam Colony, T.Nagar, Chennai,600017 The details of fittings and amenities being listed in the SCHEDULE to this Agreement and; Whereas the HIRER has offered to take on hire the said fittings and amenities for a period of 11 months commencing from 1-10-2013 to 31-08-2014 on a monthly hire charge of Rs. 6500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred Only ) payable on or before the tenth day of the following month, to which offer the OWNER has expressed her willingness and;

WHEREAS it is considered expedient that this AGREEMENT be entered into setting out the terms and conditions governing the parties hereto: NOW THIS AGREEMENT OF HIRE WITNESSETH THAT: 1.The OWNER hereby agrees to hire the amenities listed in the SCHEDULE hereto for a period of 11 months effective from 1-10-2013 to 31-08-2014 on a monthly hire charge of Rs. 6500/-( Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred only) 2.The HIRER agrees to pay the monthly hire charge of Rs.6500/( Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred Only ),by cheque on or before the tenth day of the following month. 3.The HIRER undertakes at all times ,to exercise reasonable care to maintain the fittings and amenities in good condition and hand over the same to THE OWNER in the same condition on termination of this Agreement. 4.The HIRER agrees not to do any alteration to the fittings and amenities without getting prior permission from the OWNER. 5.The OWNER acknowledges the receipt of Rs 36000/(Rupees Thirty six Thousand only). from the HIRER as security deposit which amount without interest shall be refunded by the OWNER on termination of this Agreement, after due adjustments for damages,if any. 6.This Agreement is in pursuance of The AGREEMENT of LEASE dated 1-10-2013 and shall not be terminated during the currency of the same. 7.This AGREEMENT shall stand terminated in the event the AGREEMENT Of LEASE dated 1-10-2013, in respect of the FLAT is terminated by efflux of Time or otherwise. AS PER ANNEXURE ENCLOSED IN WITNESS WHEROF THE PARTIES hereto have set hands and signed this AGREEMENT on the day /month / year above mentioned.
