An urban paradise with music from the best new artists & DJs, where fans come together to experience the magic of midnight under one full moon.

A quick escape from the hustle & bustle of Manhattan, Governors Island is the perfect urban paradise for a concert with scenic views overlooking the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan Skyline.
THE ISLAND IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM MANHATTAN OR BROOKLYN VIA THE MTA SUBWAY SERVICE OR EAST RIVER FERRY

This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending Matte Projects latest effort, Full Moon NYC...Between the exotic street food, the beach, the music, and the Super Moon, it was easy to forget that city was only ferry ride away. The experience itself was amazing as someone who was born and raised in the city, I have never enjoyed anything quite like this so close to home.

MILK MADE
It seemed like electricity owed through every fan when the bands were playing. Not a single person on the grounds was standing still...Experiencing something that inspiring leaves you a bit stunned.

SOCIT PERRIER
There was no better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than listening to music while laying on the beach enjoying a creative and laid-back atmosphere. I can only hope the rest of this summer supplies us with more reasons to go party on the beach
