SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. 2. Die Gerte sind nach DIN EN 13240 oder nach DIN EN 12815 geprft (Type nschild). Fr die Aufstellung und den abgasseitigen Anschluss sind die Forderungen der Feuerungsverordnung (FeuVO), die jeweiligen Lnderbauordnungen sowie die DIN 4705, DIN EN 13384, DIN 18160, DIN EN 1856-2 und der DIN EN 15287 zu beachten. Zur einwandfreien Funktion Ihres Gertes muss der Schornstein, an den sie das Gert anschlieen wollen, in einwandfreiem Zustand sein. Vor Erstinbetriebnahme und vor dem Schornsteinanschluss, die Bedienungsanleitung grndlich durchlesen und den zustndigen Schornsteinfegermeister i nformieren. Es wird empfohlen bei Aufstellung der Gerte saubere Baumwollhandschuhe zu tragen, um Fingerabdrcke, die spter schwierig zu entfernen sind, zu verme iden. Im Interesse der Luftreinhaltung und der sicheren Funktion des Gertes sollten die in der Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen max. Brennstoffaufgabemengen nicht berschritten werden und die Tren der Gerte geschlossen sein, da sonst die Gefahr des berheizens besteht, was zu Beschdigungen am Gert fhren kann. Beschdigungen solcher Art, unterliegen nicht der Garantiepflicht. Die Tren der Gerte mssen whrend des Betriebes immer geschlo ssen sein. Die zugelassenen Brennstoffe sind: - Naturbelassenes Scheitholz (bis max. 35cm Lnge) - Braunkohlebriketts (siehe zulssige Brennstoffe in der Bedienungsanleitung) Keine flssigen Anzndhilfen verwenden. Zum anznden sollten spezielle Anznder oder Holzwolle verwendet werden. Die Verbrennung von Abfllen, Feinhackschnitzeln, Rinden, Kohlegru, Spanplattenresten, feuchtem und mit Holzschutzmitteln behandeltem Holz, Papier, Pappe o.. ist verboten Beim ersten Anheizen knnte es zu Rauchentwicklung und Geruchsbelstigung kommen. Unbedingt fr gute Raumbelftung sorgen (Fenster und Tren ffnen) und mindestens eine Stunde auf max. Nennwrmeleistung heizen. Sollte beim ersten Heizvorgang die max. Temperatur nicht erreicht werden, so knnen diese Erscheinungen auch spter noch auftreten. Die Bedienelemente und die Einstelleinrichtungen sind entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung einzustellen. Bitte benutzen sie bei heiem Gert die Hilfswerkzeuge oder einen Schutzhandschuhe zur Bedienung. Beim ffnen der Heiztr kann es bei Fehlbedienung oder bei nicht ausreiche ndem Schornsteinzug zu Rauchaustritt kommen. Es ist unbedingt zu beachten, dass die Heiztr nur langsam, zuerst einen Spalt und nach ein paar Sekunden ganz geffnet werden darf. Auerdem soll vor dem ffnen der Heiztr zum nachlegen von Brennstoff nur noch das Glutbett im Brennraum vorhanden sein, dass heit, es drfen keine Flammen mehr sichtbar sein. Im Heizbetrieb knnen alle Oberflchen und besonders die Sichtscheiben sowie die Griffe und Bedieneinrichtungen sehr hei werden. Machen sie Kinder und Jugendliche, ltere Menschen und Tiere auf diese Gefahren aufmerksam, und 3

halten sie sie whrend des Heizbetriebes von der Feuersttte fern. Verwenden Sie zur Bedienung den beigelegten Schutzhandschuh oder das Hilfswerkzeug. Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren drfen den Ofen ohne Aufsicht Erzi ehungsberechtigter nicht bedienen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Aschekasten immer bis Anschlag eingeschoben ist und besonders darauf zu achten, dass keine heie Asche entsorgt wird (Brandgefahr). In der bergangszeit kann es zu Strungen des Schornsteinzuges kommen, so dass die Abgase nicht vollstndig abgezogen werden. Die Feuersttte ist dann mit einer geringen Brennstoffmenge, am besten mit Holzspne/ -Wolle zu befllen und unter Kontrolle in Betrieb zu nehmen, um den Schornsteinzug zu stabilisieren. Der Rost sollte sauber sein. Nach jeder Heizperiode ist es angebracht, die Gerte durch einen Fachmann kontrollieren zu lassen. Ebenfalls sollte eine grndlic he Reinigung der Abgaswege und der Abgasrohre erfolgen. Wenn Ausbesserungen oder Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden mssen, wenden sie sich bitte rechzeitig unter Angabe der genauen Art.-Nr. und Fert.-Nr. an Ihren Fachhndler. Es sind nur Original Wamsler-Ersatzteile zu verwenden. Arbeiten, wie insbesondere Installation, Montage, Erstinbetriebnahme und Servicearbeiten sowie Reparaturen, drfen nur durch einen ausgebildeten Fachb etrieb (Heizungs- oder Luftheizungsbau) durchgefhrt werden. Bei unsachgemen Eingriffen erlschen Gewhrleistung und Garantie. Da der Festbrennstoff-Ofen/Herd die zur Verbrennung bentigte Luft dem Aufstellungsraum entnimmt, ist dafr zu sorgen, dass ber die Un dichtheiten der Fenster oder Auentren stets gengend Luft nachstrmt. Ma n kann davon ausgehen, dass dieser durch ein Raumvolumen von mind. 4m je kW Nennwrmeleistung gewhrleistet ist. Ist das Volumen geringer, kann ber Lftungsf fnungen ein Verbrennungsluftverbund mit anderen Rumen hergestellt werden (min. 150 cm). Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Abstnde zu brennbaren Bauteilen und Mater ialien -seitlich und hinten- eingehalten werden. Diese Abstnde entnehmen sie der Bedienungsanleitung oder dem Typenschild. Die Feuersttte darf nicht verndert werden. Der Anschluss an einem Schornstein, dessen wirksame Hhe unter 4 m, bei Mehrfachbelegung 5 m liegt, ist unzulssig. An dem zum Anschluss des Ofens vorgesehenen Schornstein drfen hchstens zwei weitere Feuersttten ang eschlossen sein. Bei einem Schornsteinbrand verschlieen sie sofort alle ffnungen am Gert und verstndigen sie die Feuerwehr. Versuchen sie auf keinen Fall selbst zu lschen. Danach unbedingt den Schornstein vom Fachmann berprfen lassen. Festbrennstoffe erzeugen naturgem Ru, ein Verschmutzen der Sichtsc heibe ist dadurch niemals vllig ausgeschlossen und stellt keinen Mangel dar. Speck- und Sandstein ist ein Naturstein, daher sind Farbabweichungen und Farbnderungen normal und kein Grund zur Reklamation!

1.2 Inbetriebnahme
Brennstoffe Das Gert ist fr den Betrieb mit nachfolgend aufgefhrten Brennstoffen geeignet. Nur damit ist ein raucharmer und strungsfreier Betrieb gewhrleistet. Verwenden Sie nur natur belassenes, trockenes Scheitholz mit einer Restfeuchte von max. 20%. Brennstoffart Hartholz Weichholz Heizwert ca. KJ/kg 14.600 11.500

Nicht zulssige Brennstoffe sind z.B.: Die Verbrennung von Abfllen, Feinhackschnitzeln, Rinden, Spanplattenresten, Kohl egru, feuchtem oder mit Hol zschutzmitteln behandeltem Holz, Papier und Pappe o. . ist verboten. Zum Anznden sollte Holzwolle oder Grillanznder verwendet werden. Keine flssigen Anzndhilfen verwenden! Achtung! Beim ersten Anheizen knnte es zu Rauchentwicklung und Geruchsbelstigung kommen. Unbedingt fr gute Raumbelftung sorgen (Fenster und Tren ffnen) und mindestens eine Stunde auf max. Nennwrmeleistung heizen. Sollte beim ersten Heizvorgang die max. Mit dem Primrluftschieber knnen Sie innerhalb des Regelbereiches alle gewnschten Heizleistungen stufenlos einstellen. Erstes Anheizen Vor Inbetriebnahme sind die Transportsicherungen auf der Umlenkplatte ber dem Feuerraum (Bild 5) herauszunehmen und evtl. Aufkleber auf der Sichtscheibe rckstandsfrei zu entfernen.

Die Heiztr ffnen durch Heben des Griffes nach oben (Bild 2). Bei heiem Gert ist dazu ein isolierter Handschuh zu benutzen. Den Primrluftschieber (Bild 3) entsprechend der Tabelle 1 in Kapitel 1.2 einstellen. Kohleanznder oder Holzwolle auf den Rost legen, darber Holzspne geben. Darauf erst kleineres, dann greres Holz geben, anznden und Tr wieder verschlieen. Wenn das Feuer lebhaft brennt und eine ausreichende Grundglut vorhanden ist erneut Brennstoff aufgeben. Danach den Primrluftschieber entsprechend der Tabelle 1 Verbrennungsluf teinstellung einstellen. Das erste Anheizen sollte sanft verlaufen, mit geringer Menge Brennmaterial, damit sich die Ofenteile an die Hitze gewhnen knnen. Beim ersten Anheizen knnte es zu Rauchentwicklung und Geruchsbelstigung kommen. Unbedingt fr gute Raumbel ftung sorgen (Fenster und Tren ffnen) und mindestens eine Stunde auf max. Nennwrmeleistung heizen. Sollte beim ersten Heizvorgang die max. Temperatur nicht e rreicht werden, so knnen diese Erscheinungen auch spter noch auftreten. Den Brennstoff nicht in den Brennraum einwerfen, sondern einlegen, da sonst die Ausmauerung beschdigt werden kann. Achtung! Beim ffnen der Heiztr kann es bei Fehlbedienung oder bei nicht ausreiche ndem Schornsteinzug zu Rauchaustritt kommen. Es ist unbedingt zu beachten, dass die Heiztr nur langsam, zuerst einen Spalt und nach ein paar Sekunden ganz geffnet werden darf. 1.3 Auerbetriebnahme
Tren schlieen, Primrluftschieber in geschlossene Stellung bringen. Restglut ausbrennen und Ofen abkhlen lassen. Feuerraum und Aschenkasten bei kaltem Gert reinigen und entleeren!

1.4 Hinweise zum Heizen

Der Kaminofen darf nur mit geschlossener Flltr (Heiztr) betrieben we rden. Diese darf nur zum Anheizen, Nachlegen oder Reinigen des Feuerraums geffnet werden (evtl. Zugprobleme bei weiteren am Schornstein angeschlossenen Gerten). Eine abgestimmt zugefhrte Sekundrluft sorgt fr die Nachverbrennung der im Abgas enthaltenen brennbaren Bestandteile. Ein Verschmutzen der Scheibe kann aber bei Festbrennstoffen nicht ausgeschlossen werden und stellt keinen Mangel dar. Dies bedeutet eine rauch- und russarme Verbrennung zur Schonung der Umwelt. Sollten Sie Ihren Ofen in der bergangszeit in Betrieb nehmen, dann prfen Sie vorher den

Schornsteinzug, da dieser bei hohen Auentemperaturen sehr gering sein kann. Zu diesem Zweck halten Sie ein brennendes Zndholz in die ein wenig geffnete Heiztr. Wenn die Flamme nicht deutlich angesaugt wird, ist zunchst ein sogenanntes Loc kfeuer zu erzeugen. Hierzu wird kurzzeitig Holzspne/-Wolle im Ofen oder in der Reinigungsffnung des Schornsteins entzndet. Der Rost sollte vor jeder Brennstoffaufgabe gereinigt werden, um eine gute Verbrennungsluftzufuhr zu gewhrleisten. Der Asche nkasten ist regelmig im kalten Zustand zu entleeren (Bild 4). Bei heiem Gert beiliegenden Handschuh verwenden. Bitte beachten Sie dabei, dass keine glhenden Ve rbrennungsrckstnde in die Mlltonne gelangen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Aschenkasten immer bis Anschlag eingeschoben wird. Achtung ! Im Interesse der Luftreinhaltung und dem Ofen sollten die angegebenen max. Brennstoffaufgabemengen nicht berschritten werden, da sonst die Gefahr des berheizens besteht, was zu Beschdigungen am Gert fhren kann. Beschd igungen solcher Art, unterliegen nicht der Garantiepflicht. Bei Kaminfen ist nur eine einlagige Brennstoffaufgabe gestattet. Eine reduzierte Heizleistung sollte nur durch Verringerung der Aufgabemenge und nicht durch Reduzierung der Primrluft erfolgen.

1.5 Reinigung und Pflege

Mit richtigem Betrieb/Bedienung und guter Pflege/Wartung erhhen Sie die Wertstabil itt und Lebensdauer Ihrer Gerte. Sie sparen wertvollen Ressourcen und schonen unsere Umwelt und Ihren Geldbeutel. Nach Beendigung der Heizperiode empfiehlt es sich, eine grndliche Reinigung des Ofens und der Abgasrohre vorzunehmen. Nachla ssen der Heizleistung, ist fast immer eine Folge starker Verschmutzung der Abgaswege. Zur Reinigung, ist die Umlenkplatte (Bild 5) nach vorne zu ziehen. Dadurch kann der Abgasweg von innen, oder wenn das Abgasrohr entfernt wird, von oben gereinigt werden. Die Umlenkplatte (Bild 5) ist nach dem Reinigen wieder ganz nach hinten zu schieben. Achtung! Wir empfehlen, zum Ende jeder Heizperiode Ofen und Abgasrohre grndlich zu kontrollieren und bei Bedarf zu reinigen. Ein Nachlassen der Heizleistung, ist fast immer eine Folge starker Verschmutzung der Abgaswege. Wenn Ausbesserungen oder Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden mssen, wenden Sie sich bitte rechtze itig unter Angabe der Artikel-Nr. und der Fertigungs-Nr. (siehe Typschild) an Ihren Fachhndler. Die Pflege der ueren Flchen ist nur bei kaltem Ofen zu empfehlen. Die Flchen werden mit klarem Wasser gereinigt oder in besonderen Fllen vorher mit Seifenlauge oder Geschirrsplmittel behandelt und dann trocken gerieben.

Reinigen Sie Ihre ROBAX-S-Sichtscheibe vor der ersten Benutzung mit einem feuchten sauberen Tuch. Verreiben Sie danach einige Tropfen eines Pflegemittels fr Glaskeramik Scheiben mit einem Kchenpapier auf beiden Seiten der Scheibe. Nach dem Nachwischen und Trockenpolieren ist die hochwertige Oberflche von ROBAX S mit einem unsichtbaren Film berzogen, dieser hilft die Scheibe sauber zu halten und erleichtert bei regelmiger Wiederholung die Reinigung. Pflege von Keramikteilen: Schmutz und Fett kann mit Seife und Wasser entfernt werden. Pflege von Speckstein und Sandstein: Speck- und Sandstein ist ein Naturstein, daher sind Farbabweichungen und Farbnderungen normal und kein Grund zur Reklamation! Schmutz und Fett kann mit Seife und Wasser, kleine Kratzer mit Nassschleifpapier (Krnung 240) entfernt werden. Hinweis: Auf keinen Fall sollten Sie Schwmme, Scheuermittel, aggressive oder kratzende Reinigungsmittel verwenden! Arbeiten, wie insbesondere Installation, Montage, Erstinbetriebnahme und Servicearbeiten sowie Reparaturen, drfen nur durch einen ausgebildeten Fachbetrieb (Heizungs- oder Luftheizungsbau) durchgefhrt werden. Bei unsachgemen Eingriffen erlschen Gewhrleistung und Garantie.

1.6 Strungsursachen, Behebung

Art der Strung Geruchbildung: mgliche Ursache Austrocknung der angewendeten Schutzfarbe. Verdampfung von lresten Behebung Den Ofen entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung mehrere Stunden in Kleinstellung betreiben. Danach fr mehrere Stunden auf maximale Leistung heizen. Lassen Sie Ihren Wrmebedarf vom Fachmann kontrollieren. Der erforderliche Schornsteinzug muss mind. 11 Pa und darf kurzzeitig max. 20 Pa haben. Kontrollieren Sie Ihren Schornstein auf Dichtheit. Die Tren anderer an diesen Schornstein angeschlossenen Feuersttten dicht verschlieen. Vor allem auf undichte Schornsteinbzw. Reinigungsverschlsse achten. Eventuell mit senkrechter Anlaufstrecke anschlieen. Die gesamten Abgasrohrverbindungen mssen gut abgedichtet sein und feuerfest isoliert werden. Dichtung kontrollieren, Tren gut verschlieen. Eventuell Dichtschnur erneuern lassen. Nur gut getrocknetes Holz verwenden.

Manahmen bei Schornsteinbrand

Bei ungengender Reinigung des Schornsteins, bei falschem Brennstoff (z. B. zu feuchtes Holz) oder falscher Verbrennungslufteinstellung kann es zu einem Schornsteinbrand kommen. Schlieen sie in so einem Fall die Ve rbrennungsluft an der Feuersttte und rufen Sie die Feuerwehr. Niemals selbst versuchen mit Wasser zu lschen.

2. Aufstellung
2.1 Vorschriften
Fr die Aufstellung und den abgasseitigen Anschluss sind die Forderungen der Feuerungsverordnung (FeuVO), die jeweiligen Lnder bauordnungen sowie die DIN 4705, DIN EN 13384, DIN 18160, DIN EN 1856-2 und der DIN EN 15287 zu beachten. Zur einwandfreien Funktion Ihres Gertes muss der Schornstein, an den sie das Gert anschlieen wollen, in einwandfreiem Zustand sein.

2.2 Aufstellrume
Da der Kaminofen die zur Verbrennung bentige Luft dem Aufstellungsraum e ntnimmt ist dafr zu sorgen, dass ber die Undichtheiten des Fensters oder Auentren stets gengend Luft nachstrmt. Zustzlich ist sicherzustellen, dass ein 3 Raum-Leistungsverhltnis von mind. 4 m je kW Nennwrmeleistung gewhrleistet ist. Fr den Kaminofen bedeutet dies, dass der Aufstellungsraum mindestens 3 26 m gro sein muss. Ist das Volumen geringer, muss ber Lftungsffnungen ein Verbrennungsluftverbund mit anderen Rumen hergestellt werden (Verbundffnungen mind. 150 cm).

2.3 Gerteabstnde
Alle brennbaren Bauteile, Mbel oder auch z.B. Dekostoffe in der nheren Umgebung des Ofens sind gegen Hitzeeinwirkung zu schtzen. Einrichtungsgegenstnde im Strahlungsbereich Im Sichtbereich (Strahlungsbereich) des Feuers muss zu brennbaren Bauteilen, Mbel oder auch z.B. zu Dekostoffen ein Abstand von mindestens 80 cm (A), gemessen ab Vorderkante Feuerraumffnung eingehalten werden. Der Siche rheitsabstand reduziert sich auf 40 cm (B), wenn ein belfteter Strahlungsschutz vor das zu schtzende Bauteil montiert wird (Beispiel siehe Bild 6) Einrichtungsgegenstnde auerhalb des Strahlungsbereichs Die Stellwnde seitlich und hinter dem Gert drfen nicht aus brennbaren Ba ustoffen hergestellt, oder mit brennbaren Baustoffen verkleidet sein, sofern ein Abstand von seitlich 30 cm und hinten 20 cm unterschritten wird. Der Seitenabstand zu Mbelteilen aus Holz oder Kunststoff muss ebenfalls 30 cm betragen (Bild 7).

Boden unter und vor dem Ofen Fubden aus brennbarem Material, wie Teppich, Parkett oder Kork, mssen unter dem Ofen sowie von der Feuerraumffnung 50 cm nach Vorne und 30 cm seitlich durch einen Belag aus nicht brennbaren Baustoffen, z.B. Keramik, Stein, Glas oder einer Bodenplatte aus Stahl, ersetzt oder geschtzt werden.

2.4 Schornsteinanschluss
ACHTUNG! Vor dem Anschluss des Gertes ist in jedem Fall der zustndige Bezirks Schornsteinfegermeister zu Rate zu ziehen! Verbindungsstcke mssen am Gert und untereinander fest und dicht verbunden sein. Sie drfen nicht in den freien Schornsteinquerschnitt hineinragen. Das Verbindungsstck zwischen Kaminofen und Schornstein soll den gleichen Querschnitt haben wie der Rohrstutzen am Ofen. Waagerechte Verbindungsst cke ber 0,5 m sollen zum Schornstein hin um 10 Grad ansteigen. Rohre, die nicht wrmegeschtzt oder senkrecht gefhrt sind, sollen nicht lnger als einen Meter sein. Verbindungstcke mssen nach DIN EN 1856-2 geprft sein. Das Ma X (Abstand zu brennbaren Baustoffen / Materialien) muss nach Angaben des Herstellers des Verbindungsstckes eingehalten werden.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. This equipment has been certified under the requirements of standard DIN EN 13240 or DIN EN 12815 (see the model plate). 2. For setting purposes and connection to the chimney, the fire protection requirements as prescribed in the given locations, as well as standards DIN 4705, DIN EN 13384, DIN EN 1856-2 and DIN EN 15287 should be complied with. For the problem-free functioning of the equipment, the chimney that the fireplace is to be connected to has to be in perfect conditions (Germany). 3. Before the first commissioning and connection to the chimney, these user instructions are to be read thoroughly, and the competent chimney sweeper has to be informed. 4. It is recommended to use clean cotton gloves for the setting of the equipment in order to avoid the appearance of fingerprints that would be hard to eliminate later on. 5. In order to keep the air clean and maintain the equipment properly, the maximum fuel quantities specified in these safety instructions may not be exceeded, and the doors of the equipment have to be kept closed, otherwise the equipment may overheat, leading to damage. No guarantee is provided for such damage. 6. During operations, the doors of the equipment are to be kept always closed. 7. Permissible fuels: - natural wood (max. 35 cm in length) - brown coal briquette (see user instructions) 8. Never use liquid igniters. Use special ignition materials or wood wool for the kindling of the fire. 9. Never use wastes, fine wooden chips, mulch, coal debris, particle board wastes, wet wood or wood treated with wood-protective agents, paper or cardboard, or similar materials for burning. 10. Upon the first kindling, smoke and unpleasant smell may be generated. Always ensure the proper ventilation of the room (by opening windows and doors), and heat the fireplace at maximum rated heating performance. If with the first heating the maximum temperature is not reached, the above-mentioned effects may as well arise later on. 11. The operating elements and adjustment units are to be used as described in these user instructions. If the equipment is hot, use auxiliaries or protective gloves for the handling of the equipment. 12. When opening the furnace chamber door, any incorrect handling or insufficient draught may induce smoke. Always ensure that the furnace chamber door may be opened only slowly, first just to a small extent, and then fully after a few seconds. In addition, if you intend to put additional fuel into the fire, before the opening of the door only there

may be only ember bed in the burning space, i.e. no flames may be visible. In heating mode, the surfaces, inspection glasses and handles may become very hot. Warn children of these threats, and keep them away from the fireplace when heated. Ensure that the ashtray should be fully inserted, and in particular never remove hot ash from the fireplace (fire risk). In transitional periods, chimney draught may drop, resulting in the imperfect suction of the generated flue gases. In such cases, the fireplace is to be filled with smaller quantities of fuel, preferably wooden chips or wood wool, and it is to be commissioned under control with the stabilization of the chimney draught. The fire grate should always be kept clean. After the heating season, it is recommended to have the equipment inspected by an expert. It is also advisable to clean the routes of flue gases and pipes. Should repairs or reconditioning be needed, please, contact your dealer in a timely manner with the accurate specification of the article and serial number. Only original Wamsler parts may be used. As the air needed for burning is drawn from the room where the fireplace is located, ensure that sufficient air supply is received via the 3 gaps by the windows and external doors. Make sure that 4 m of air should be provided to each kW of rated performance. For this fireplace, it means that the room has to be at least 26 m in volume. If the room is smaller, sufficient air supply can be secured by opening air 2 connections to other rooms with air openings (at least 150 cm ). Ensure to keep proper lateral and rear distances from combustible parts and materials. The associated values are specified in these user instructions or the model plate. The fireplace may not be modified. The connection of the fireplace to the chimney is not permissible if the effective height of the chimney is less than 4 m, or 5 m with multiple loading. To the chimney that the fireplace uses, a maximum of two other fireplaces, ovens may be connected. In the event of any chimney fire, immediately close all the openings of the equipment, and call the fire service. Never try to extinguish the fire with water. Thereafter, always have the chimney inspected by an expert.

Fuels The equipment can be used with fuels detailed in the followings. This way the low-smoke and trouble-free operation can be secured. Use only dry wood with a moisture of maximum 20%.

Before installation pull out the delivery securer off the refractory brick through the furnace chamber (picture no. 5). Open the door by raising the handle (Picture 2). If the equipment is hot, you can use insulated gloves. Adjust the primary air regulator and the fuel switch (Picture 3) according to the Table 1. Put coal lighter or wood wool onto the fire grate, followed by wood chips. First insert small pieces of wood, and then larger ones, light them and close the door again. When the wood burns quickly, and leaves sufficient glowing embers, put additional fuel on the fire. Thereafter, adjust the primary air regulator and the fuel switch according to the Table 1 (Adjustment of the burning air). The first kindling should be performed finely with little fuel only, so that the parts of the fir eplace be adapted to heat. During the first kindling, the generation of smell is normal and absolutely undangerous.

1.3 Putting out of operation

Let the glowing ember burn to ashes and the fire-place get cold. Empty the furnace chamber and the ash bin. Close the doors and push the primary air regulator totally to the left.

1.4 Heating instructions

The fireplace should be operated only with closed furnace chamber door. Fireplaces belonging to type 1 have self-locking furnace chamber doors. These doors may be opened only for kindling, loading or when cleaning the furnace chamber (otherwise draught problems may occur with other equipment connected to the same chimney). Warning! When opening the furnace chamber door, any incorrect handling or insufficient draught may induce smoke. Always ensure that the furnace chamber door may be opened only slowly, first just to a small extent, and then fully after a few seconds. In addition, if you intend to put additional fuel into the fire, before the opening of the door only there may be only ember bed in the burning space, i.e. no flames may be visible. Led into the burning space in correspondence with the existing conditions, the secondary air provides for the follow-up burning of the combustible components of in the burning space. This in fact means smoke and soot-poor burning, which contributes to the protection of the environment. If you wish to commission the fireplace in a transitional period, please, please first examine the chimney draught, as it can be especially weak at high external temperatures. Towards this end, hold a burning match in the slightly opened feeding door. If the flame is not drawn significantly by the draught, then a so-called starting fire is to be set first. Towards this end, burn wood chips/wool in the fireplace or the cleaning hole of the chimney. The fire grate is to be cleaned before every kindling to ensure the proper inflow of air for burning. The ashtray is to be emptied regularly (Figure 4). Should the equipment be extremely hot, use the gloves provided. Please, be careful not to dispose glowing materials into the waste bin. Ensure that the ashtray should be fully pushed into the equipment.

Warning! In order to keep the air clean and safeguard the fireplace, do not exceed the specified maximum fuel quantity, otherwise overheating may occur, which potentially damage the equipment. Such damage is not covered with any guarantee. Only a single layer of fuel is allowable to be prepared in the fireplace. Try to reach lower heating performance only by decreasing the quantity of fuel, and not by cutting the primary air supply.

1.5 Cleaning and maintenance

After the heating season, it is recommended to clean the fireplace and the flue gas pipes carefully. Any dropping heating performance is almost always the consequence of the strong contamination of the flues. For cleaning, the baffle plate (picture 5) is to be pulled forward. This way, the flues can be cleaned from the inside or after removing the flue gas pipe from above. After cleaning, the baffle plate (picture 5) is be pushed back fully again. Warning! Following every heating season you are advised to examine the fireplace thoroughly. If any repair or reconditioning is needed, please, contact your local dealer in a timely manner, and specify the model number and serial number of your equipment (as seen on the model plate). External surfaces may be maintained only after the fireplace cooled down, and following the first commissioning. Use cold water for cleaning, or soap, washing ingredient in extraordinary cases, then wipe it dry. Before its first use, clean the ROBAX inspection glass with a wet and clean cloth, and then put a few drops of glassceramics cleaner onto both sides of the glass, and spread them with the use of kitchen paper tissues. It provides an invisible film on the valuable surface of the Robax glass. This film helps to keep the glass clean, and facilitates regular cleaning operations. ROBAX S for slightly contaminated surfaces a commercially available glass surface cleaning agent may as well be used for the cleaning of the medium or strongly contaminated glass surfaces of the fireplace. Towards this end, spray small quantities of the agent to the cold surfaces, spread it, and wash it down with a wet cloth, followed by drying with a clean, soft cloth. In case there are sticky fuel deposits on these surfaces, first scale simply them with a ceramic-plate scraper held in flat angle, and then clean the surfaces as described above. Cleaning of the ceramic surfaces dirt and grease are to be removed with soap and water. Cleaning of the soapstone: the soapstone is a natural stone, therefore minor colour differences may occur; as it is normal, they may not serve as a basis for quality complaints! To clean the soapstone from dirt and fat with water and soap, as well as small scratches, use sand paper (grain size 240). Warning: Under no circumstances you may use sponge, scouring, aggressive or scratching cleaning agents! If the grate is blocked so that the equipment cannot serve the intended function, the grate is to be removed for cleaning.

1.6 Potential problems and how to tackle them

Actions to be in chimney fire! Chimney fire may occur upon the improper cleaning of the chimney, the use of inappropriate fuels (e.g. excessively wet wood) or the inadequate setting of the burning air. In such cases, close the burning air at the fire, and call the fire service. Never try to extinguish the fire with water!

2. Placing
2.1 Prescriptions
When placing the fire-place and jointing the smoke tube side the fire protection requirements of the relevant construction provisions must be taken into consideration. For the problem-free functioning of the equipment the chimney which the fireplace uses must be in perfect condition.

2.2 Place of installation

Since the air which the fire-place takes comes from the room where it is located 3 fresh supply of air must be sufficient. Make sure that 4 m volume of air falls to each KW of nominal performance. 3 For this specific fire-place this means that the room must be at least 26 m . If the 3 room is less than 26 m then sufficient air supply can be secured by opening more 2 rooms together (size of the linking slots must be at least 150 cm ).

2.3 Distances
All combustible equipment, furniture or e.g. decoration materials which are in the close environment of the fire-place shall be protected from the heat. Furnishings in the radiation area Keep a minimal distance of 80 cm (A) between the front cover of the fire-place and the combustible equipment, furniture or e.g. decoration materials. The security distance can be lowered to 40 cm if a heat shield is put in front of the object to be protected (B) (see our example on drawing no. 6). Furnishings outside the radiation area The walls beside and behind the fire-place shall not be made of combustible materials and they cannot be covered by such materials, unless the distance on the sides is more than 30 cm and behind is more than 20 cm. Similarly to the wooden and plastic furniture on the sides a distance of 30 cm shall be kept (see drawing no. 7).

Floor in front of and under the fireplace Floors made from combustible materials, such as carpets, parquet floors or cork is to be protected by a shield of non-combustible material for example ceramics, stone, glass or steel placed under the fireplace so that it should reach out to 50 cm in front and 30 cm besides.

2.4 Connection of the fireplace

WARNING: Before connecting the fireplace to the chimney, seek advice from the competent chimney sweeper! The connecting elements should be attached to the equipment and to each other in a properly sealed and stable manner. They may not hang into the unobstructed crosssection of the chimney. The interconnecting piece between the chimney and the fireplace should be of the same cross-section size as the pipe stub of the fireplace. Horizontal connecting pieces should ascend to the chimney in 10. Pipes that are not heat-protected or not led vertically may not be longer than 1 m. There should be a minimum distance of 40 cm kept between the connection pieces of the fireplace and combustible materials in the building. Provided that the interconnecting pieces have a non-combustible coating of minimum 2 cm, the distance from combustible materials may be at least 10 cm. If the interconnecting pieces are led through equipment or furnishing made from combustible materials, they have to be covered with a protecting tube made from any non-combustible material in a distance of at least 20 cm, or they have to be coated with any non-combustible material with low heat conductance in a minimum range of 20 cm. Smaller distances to combustible materials are permissible if it is ensured that at the rated performance of the fireplace the temperature cannot rise over 85C at the co mbustible equipment and furnishings. WARNING: The connection of the fireplace to the chimney is not permissible if the effective height of the chimney is less than 4 m, or 5 m with multiple loading (see the details of chimney calculations on page 36). To the chimney that the fireplace uses, a maximum of two other fireplaces, ovens may be connected.

Vous trouverez des informations concernant linstallation, lutilisation, lentretien ainsi que des indications vous permettant dconomiser lnergie. Ces plaques sont des produits dits consommables et vous pourrez tre amen les remplacer. La garantie de ces pices est assure pendant 6 mois contre tout dfautFR de fabrication. 1. 2. Les appareils ont t examins suivant les normes DIN EN 13240 ou DIN EN 12815 (tableau dfinissant le type de lappareil). En ce qui concerne linstallation et le raccordement de lappareil la chemine, il faut respecter les dispositions nationales relatives au chauffage et les dispositions des normes DIN 4705 et DIN 18160. Pour le bon fonctionnement de lappareil, il est indispensable que la chemine laquelle lappareil sera raccord soit en parfait tat (Germania).

Avant la mise en service de lappareil et son raccordement la chemine, il faut lire attentivement le mode demploi et informer le ramoneur comptent. Pour linstallation de lappareil, nous vous conseillons dutiliser des gants de laine propres pour viter les traces de doigts. Pour viter des problmes dair et lintrt du bon fonctionnement de lappareil, il est interdit de dpasser la quantit maximale de combustible, indique dans les instructions dutilisation et il faut tenir fermes les portes de lappareil. Nous pouvons ainsi viter le surchauffage qui pourrait causer lendommagement de lappareil. La garantie ne couvre pas ces types dendommagement. Pendant le fonctionnement de lappareil, les portes doivent rester fermes. Combustibles autoriss: bois naturel (longueur maximale: 35 cm) ventuellement lignite agglomr ( voir les instructions dutilisation) Il est interdit dutiliser de combustible liquide. Pour allumer le feu, il faut utiliser une matire inflammable spciale ou de la fibre de bois. Il est interdit de brler dans lappareil des ordures, menu bois, corce, dbris de charbon, restes de planche de copeaux, bois humide ou trait de produit chimique, papier, carton et des choses pareilles. Au cours de la premire utilisation, il se produit ventuellement de la fume et des odeurs dsagrables. Il faut veiller la bonne aration de la pice (fentres et portes ouvertes) et il faut garder le chauffage pendant au moins une heure la valeur nominale maximale. Si la premire utilisation, la valeur natteint pas la temprature maximale, les phnomnes ci-dessus mentionns peuvent se reproduire. Linstallation et lutilisation de lappareil doivent se faire selon les instructions du mode demploi. Si la temprature extrieure de lappareil est trop leve, nous vous conseillons dutiliser pour le maniement les accessoires ou les gants de protection. Louverture de la porte peut mener au mauvais fonctionnement, o u en cas de tirage de chemine insuffisant, la production de fume. Au moment de louverture de la porte il faut procder lentement, dabord lentrouvrir, et aprs quelques secondes louvrir compltement. Si vous voulez ajouter du combustible, avant louverture de la porte, il faut vrifier qu lintrieur il ne reste que du lit de braise, cest--dire il ny a plus de flammes. En mode de chauffage, la surface de lappareil, les fentres et les poignes peuvent devenir trs chaudes. Il faut informer les enfants de ce danger et veiller ce quils ne puissent pas toucher la chemine. Il faut vrifier que le cendrier est mis sa place correctement, il faut faire une attention particulire ne jamais vacuer la cendre chaude (risque dincendie).

15. Pendant les priodes transitoires, lintensit du tirage de chemine peut baisser ce qui peut baisser lintensit de lvacuation des gaz produits. Dans ce cas-l, il faut charger la chemine dune plus petite quantit de combustible, par exemple de fibres de bois ou de laines de bois, la mettre en service sous surveillance et stabiliser le tirage de chemine. La grille doit tre toujours nettoye. 16. A la fin de chaque priode de chauffage, un spcialiste doit faire une vrification globale de lappareil. Nous vous conseillons de nettoyer les tuyaux de gaz et des conduites. 17. Si des travaux de rparation ou de rnovation deviennent ncessaires, adressez-vous temps votre reprsentant commercial avec lindication exacte du numro darticle et du numro de fabrication. Il faut toujours utiliser des pices de rechange de Wamsler. 18. Etant donn que les chemines combustible solide utilisent lair du local pour la combustion, il faut assurer la quantit dair ncessaire travers les fentres et les portes extrieures. Comme point de dpart, il faut calculer 4 cubes dair par 1 kW de puissance calorifique nominale. Si le volume dair est infrieur cette valeur, il faut assurer de lair pour la combustion par la connection avec les autres pices (min. 150cm2). 19. Il faut respecter les distances obligatoires par rapport des matires et des objets inflammables ct et derrire lappareil. Ces distances sont indiques dans les instructions dutilisation ou sur la plaque de donnes. 20. Il est interdit de raliser des changements techniques sur la chemine. 21. Il est interdit de raccorder lappareil une chemine dont la hauteur efficace est infrieure 4 mtres ou, en cas de charges multiples, 5 mtres. Sur la mme chemine, on peut raccorder au maximum deux appareils. 22. En cas dincendie dans la chemine, il faut fermer toutes les ouvertures de lappareil et avertir les pompiers. Il ne faut jamais essayer dteindre le feu. Aprs lincident, il faut faire faire une vrication globale par un spcialiste.

Combustible
Ce pole bois convient aux combustibles suivants : Bois bches de longueur au maximum 35cm TOUT COMBUSTIBLE AUTRE QUE LE BOIS EN BUCHEs EST INTERDIT. Les feuillus durs (chne, htre, frne, chtaignier, charme, noyer, fruitiers, etc.) fournissent un bois de chauffage de meilleure qualit, qui dgage plus de chaleur en brlant plus longtemps que les rsineux. LHUMIDITE DU BOIS DOIT ETRE INFERIEURE A 20% Le critre de l'humidit intervient directement sur le contenu nergtique. Entre un bois sec prt l'emploi (moins de 20 % d'humidit rapporte la masse brute) et un bois frachement coup (45 % d'humidit rapporte la masse brute), l'nergie est deux fois moindre ! Il faut galement savoir quutiliser un bois humide entrane une augmentation des missions polluantes. Le bois de chauffage frachement abattu, conditionn en 1 m, doit tre stock au minimum 3 ans. Coup 50 cm, fendu et conserv sous abri dans un endroit bien ventil, le bois sche plus vite et le dlai minimum est ramen 2 ans. Toute combustion de bois "souill" c'est--dire trait ou enduit de vernis, de bois de dmolition ou de vieux meubles est interdite. Ce type de bois risque de dtriorer votre appareil. et engendre des missions polluantes et toxiques ! En rsum : un bon bois de chauffage est un bois "propre" et sec. Quantit de remplissage: Veillez ne jamais surcharger la chambre de combustion. -Bois fendu: 35 cm de longueur au maximum 2 morceaux de 1,8 kg chacun Pour obtenir une combustion propre, il vaut mieux fractionner les charges Rglez ensuite la prise dair primaire (voir fig. 3 et tableau la page 47.)

Avant le premier allumage:
Avant le premier allumage retirez les lments de protection pour le transport (voir figure 5).

Le premier allumage :
ATTENTION : Il est normal que lors des premires utilisations de votre appareil, il y ait un dgagement d'odeurs et de fumes dues la cuisson de la peinture. CONSEIL : Choisir une belle journe pour raliser les premiers allumages, cela vous permettra douvrir les fentres. Commencez par un petit feu dune heu re puis augmentez progressivement l'allure. L'allumage vrifier que votre prise d'air extrieure est ouverte. ouvrir la porte en basculant la poigne vers le haut. (voir fig. 2.) ouvrir la prise dair primaire (voir fig. 3.) disposez un peu de papier ou dallume feu conseill pour le bois (sans soufre), sur la grille puis un peu de petit bois et ensuite du bois plus gros. Allumez et fermez la porte. Nutilisez en aucun cas de produit inflammable liquide.

1.3 Extinction
Laissez toujours brler compltement le pole jusqu ce quil steigne de lui mme. Ne jamais utiliser de l'eau pour teindre votre pole. Lors de la mise hors service en fin de saison de chauffage, videz le foyer et le tiroir cendres, fermez la porte et le rglage dair primaire. La prise d'air extrieur peut galement tre ferme.

1.4 Le pole ne peut fonctionner quavec la porte ferme

La porte ne doit tre ouverte que pour l'allumage, l'alimentation en combustible ou le nettoyage.

1.5 Nettoyage et entretien

Une diminution des performances de chauffage est presque toujours la consquence d'un mauvais entretient du pole et du conduit d'vacuation des fumes. Vous devez faire ramoner votre conduit de chemine au moins 2 fois par an ou plus en cas d'utilisation intensive de votre pole. Pour le nettoyage de lintrieur du pole, il est conseill de retir er le pare flamme. Aprs le nettoyage le pare flamme doit tre remis en place.

Avant de commencer le nettoyage assurez-vous que le pole soit bien froid. Lintervalle entre les nettoyages dpend du temps d'utilisation et de la qualit des combustibles utiliss. Aspiration des cendres Dans ltre le bois brle et laisse des cendres. Attention : il peut rester des tisons chauds dans les cendres. Mettez les dans un bidon en tle. La cendre peut tre aussi pousse dans le cendrier qui se trouve sous la grille de combustion. La cendre est un produit naturel. Mlange la terre c'est un engrais de grande qualit appropri au jardin, la pelouse et aux fleurs en pot. Nettoyage de la vitre Le combustible bois produit naturellement de la suie, ce qui entrane la salissure de la vitre. Vous devez utiliser des produits spciaux pour vitre d'appareil de chauffage au bois. Ces produits lave vitres ne doivent tre utiliss que pour le nettoyage de la partie intrieure de la vitre. Toutes les autres surfaces vitres se nettoient facilement avec un chiffon humide ou un lave vitres et se rincent avec un chiffon doux. Lors de ces nettoyages veillez ne pas projeter de produit sur les parties peintes. (rin cez immdiatement leau claire et essuyez avec un chiffon doux.) La vitre reste propre plus longtemps si vous suivez ces quelques recommandations : Utilisez de petites bches et en petites quantits Pas de combustible humide ! Lors de la combustion de la vapeur deau schappe du bois , se dpose, et condense sur la vitre froide. Utilisez des allumes feux adapts, pas de papier glac ni de carton. Faites le feu le plus loin possible de la vitre afin d'viter un contact direct avec celle-ci. Nettoyage des parties peintes Les surfaces peintes doivent tre nettoyes avec un chiffon doux et lgrement humide, nutilisez pas de produit dtergent. Nettoyage des pierres ollaires Pour le nettoyage de la pierre vous pouvez utiliser de l'eau savonneuse. Vous pouvez galement utiliser du papier de verre grain 240 pour les taches rsistant au nettoyage avec l'eau savonneuse. Attention Nutilisez jamais de dtergent agressif, dponges abrasives ou tout autre pr oduit dentretien rcurant.

2. Installation
2.1 Prescriptions d installation
Le bon fonctionnement de votre pole est fortement li la qualit de son installation. L'installation doit tre effectue par un professionnel ou une personne qualifie. Cette notice comprend des recommandations propres votre pole. Il est impratif de suivre ces recommandations pour bnficier des meilleures performances mais aussi de la garantie sur cet appareil. Le non respect de ces recommandations annule la garantie.

2.2 Air de combustion

Lors de la combustion le pole aspire de l'air dans la pice o il est install. Cet air aspir doit tre compens par une amene d'air extrieur l'habit ation. Si cette rgle n'est pas respecte : - la pice dans laquelle est situ le pole risque de se trouver en dpression. Cela aura pour consquence un mauvais fonctionnement. - Dans certains cas extrmes et notamment si l'habitation est quipe avec un systme de Ventilation Mcanique Contrle (V.M.C.) ou de hotte asp irante des dgagements de monoxyde de carbone peuvent se produire dans la pice. Le monoxyde de carbone est un gaz incolore et inodore trs tox ique. L'installation d'une amene d'air extrieur est donc obligatoire. Cette arrive d'air doit tre ralise au plus prs du pole, et doit communiquer directement avec lextrieur ou avec une autre pice largement ventile (ex : la cave ou le vide sanitaire). Sa section libre doit tre au minimum de 50 cm2.

2.3 Distances minimum

Tous les matriaux de construction combustibles, meubles, ou tissus de dcoration doivent tre protgs contre la chaleur proximit du pole. Pour cela vous devez prendre en compte les distances de scurit dcrits ci dessous : Distance de scurit dans la zone de rayonnement (fig 8). Dans la zone visible du feu (zone de rayonnement) une distance minimum de 1 m (mesure A) doit tre respecte entre les matriaux combustibles, (meubles, tissus de dcoration, etc) et la faade du pole. La distance de scurit est rduite 40 cm (mesure B) si une protection are contre le rayonnement est monte devant les parties protger. Distance de scurit hors de la zone de rayonnement (fig 9). Une distance minimum de 20 cm doit tre respecte entre les matriaux combustibles, et la paroi arrire du pole. Une distance minimum de 30 cm doit tre respecte entre les matriaux combustibles, et les parois latrales du pole. Sol dessous et devant le pole Les sols en matriaux combustibles tels que tapis, parquet ou lige doivent tre remplacs ou protgs en les couvrant dune matire incombustible sous le pole ainsi que devant louverture du foyer sur 50 cm minimum lavant et 30 cm sur le cot. Nous vous conseillons de placer sous le pole une plaque de protection en verre ou acier.

2.4 Raccordement au conduit de chemine

Le conduit: Le pole doit tre raccord un conduit qui convient pour des combustibles solides conformment la norme franaise DTU 24.1 P1 / 51 -201 relative aux travaux de fumisterie. Pour un bon fonctionnem ent il est impratif que votre conduit de fume soit compatible avec votre pole. Votre conduit doit notamment assurer un tirage suffisant et son isolation doit permettre un fonctionnement sans condensation. La norme EN 13384-1 dcrit une mthode de calcu l pour conduits de fume. Cette norme permet notamment de vrifier la compatibilit du conduit avec l'appareil qui sera raccord. Cette vrification doit imprativement tre ralise par un professionel. Pour effectuer ces vrifications, il faut utiliser les caractristiques prsentes dans le Tableau des caractristiques techniques du pole. Raccordement au conduit de chemine : Ces travaux doivent tre raliss par un professionnel. Attention : les tuyaux de poles et toutes les pices de raccordement doivent tre adapt aux combustibles solides. Si les lments de conduit de raccordement mnent vers des lments inflammables, il doivent imprativement tre une distance minimum de 3 fois le diamtre du conduit. Cette distance peut tre rduite de moiti si une protection contre le rayonnement (ininflammable) crant un vide d'air est installe entre le conduit et les matriaux inflammables. En cas d'impossibilit de re specter cette rgle les matriaux inflammables doivent tre dposs pour tre remplacs par des lments non inflammables.

AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA
1.

L apparecchio e i suoi dispositivi sono stati testati sulla base della norma DIN EN 13240 o secondo DIN EN 12815 (vedi targa di identificazione). 2. Per un funzionamento ottimale della Sua stufa fondamentale che la canna fumaria alla quale volete effettuare il collegamento sia in condizioni perfette. Linstallazione e luso delle apparecchiature, deve avvenire esclusivamente in ambiente giudicato idoneo dagli enti preposti e soprattutto in conformit alle norme e prescrizioni vigenti in materia. Gli impianti tecnologici e linstallazione degli apparecchi devono essere effettuati da personale professionalmente qualificato, autorizzato a rilasciare certificato di conformit e rispondenza alle norme in vigore. Nel luogo di installazione devono essere rispettate tutte le leggi, norme e direttive in vigore, in materia di edilizia civile e/o industriale, utilizzando sempre i dispositivi di sicurezza individuale e gli altri mezzi di protezione previsti per legge. Devono inoltre essere rispettate tutte le leggi, norme, direttive in vigore in materia di impiantistica, canne fumarie, elettricit, acqua, ventilazione/aspirazione. 3. Prima di procedere allaccensione dell apparecchio, leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni per luso e contattare un tecnico specializzato. 4. Per il posizionamento degli apparecchi si consiglia di indossare guanti puliti di cotone per evitare di lasciare impronte digitali difficili da rimuovere in seguito. 5. Per mantenere laria pulita e garantire un funzionamento sicuro dellapparecchio, il carico del combustibile non deve superare le quantit massime indicate nelle istruzioni per luso. Gli sportelli devono inoltre rimanere sempre chiusi per evitare un surriscaldamento che danneggerebbe la stufa. Eventuali danni come quello appena descritto non sono coperti dalla garanzia. 6. Quando lapparecchio in funzione gli sportelli devono sempre rimanere chiusi. 7. Sono ammessi i seguenti combustibili: - ceppi di legna allo stato naturale (lunghezza max 35 cm) - mattonelle di lignite (v. tabella dei combustibili ammessi nelle istruzioni per luso) 8. Non utilizzare combustibili liquidi per laccensione. Utilizzare solo appositi accendi fuoco o bricchetti di legno. 9. vietato bruciare rifiuti, minuzzoli di legna, corteccia, polverino di ca rbone, trucioli, legna umida e trattata con antisettici, carta, cartone e simili.

sgradevoli. Provvedere subito ad arieggiare bene il locale (aprire porte e finestre) e riscaldare alla potenza termica nominale massima per almeno un'ora. Se non viene raggiunta la temperatura massima con il primo riscaldamento, questi fenomeni potrebbero ripresentarsi anche in seguito. Gli elementi di comando e i dispositivi di impostazione sono da regolare secondo le istruzioni per luso. Se lapparecchio caldo si raccomanda di servirsi di attrezzi speciali o dei guanti di protezione. Aprendo lo sportello del focolare potrebbe verificarsi unuscita di fumo dovuta ad un utilizzo improprio o ad uno scarso tiraggio della canna fumaria. Si raccomanda pertanto, di aprire lo sportello lentamente e solo di qualche centimetro, prima di aprirlo completamente. Prima di aprire lo sportello per la ricarica di combustibile, assicurarsi che nel focolare vi sia solo il letto di brace e che le fiamme siano tutte spente. Quando la stufa in funzione tutte le superfici, in particolare i vetri, le maniglie e i dispositivi di comando, possono raggiungere temperature elevate. importante controllare che bambini, adolescenti, persone anziane e animali domestici mantengano una distanza di sicurezza dallapparecchio quando questo in funzione. Per manipolare la stufa servirsi del guanto di protezione o degli attrezzi speciali forniti. Bambini e adolescenti al di sotto dei 16 anni possono utilizzare la stufa solo se sorvegliati da adulti. Assicurarsi che il cassetto cenere venga sempre spinto nella sua sede fino al raggiungimento dello scatto e, soprattutto, che non vengano smaltiti tizzoni/braci ardenti (pericolo di incendio). Nei periodi di mezza stagione possono verificarsi anomalie della canna fumaria che possono compromettere la corretta espulsione dei gas combusti. In questo caso opportuno riempire la camera di combustione con una quantit minore di combustibile, meglio se con trucioli o bricchetti di legno. Quindi mettere in funzione la stufa e con attenzione, stabilizzarne il tiraggio. Per un buon funzionamento della stufa la Griglia Focolare deve essere pulita quotidianamente. Dopo ogni accensione stagionale opportuno far ispezionare la stufa da tecnici qualificati ed effettuare una pulizia completa di tubi e giro fumi. Per eventuali riparazioni o sostituzioni contattare tempestivamente il proprio rivenditore avendo cura di comunicare lesatto n di articolo e di serie dellapparecchio. Tutti i componenti dovranno essere sostituiti esclusivamente con pezzi originali Wamsler. Eventuali lavori, in particolare linstallazione, il montaggio, la prima accensione, nonch i servizi di assistenza e di riparazione possono essere eseguiti solo da una ditta specializzata (in impianti di riscaldamento o riscaldamento ad aria). Eventuali installazioni errate faranno decadere ogni forma di garanzia. importante che vengano rispettate le distanze di sicurezza ai lati e sul retro per tutti i componenti e materiali infiammabili. Le distanze sono riportate nelle istruzioni per luso o sulla targa dellapparecchio.

Non ammesso il collegamento ad una canna fumaria con altezza utile inferiore ai 4 metri. In caso di incendio della canna fumaria chiudere subito tutte le aperture dellapparecchio e avvertire i Vigili del Fuoco. Non provare in nessun caso a spegnerlo autonomamente. Dopo lincendio assolutamente necessario far ispezionare la canna fumaria da un tecnico specializzato. Poich i combustibili solidi bruciando producono fuliggine, sul vetro della stufa potrebbero formarsi depositi; ci non da considerarsi un difetto dellapparecchio. Essendo la pietra ollare/arenaria pietre naturali, eventuali alterazioni cromatiche sono normali e non costituiscono motivo di reclamo. Lapparecchiatura deve essere impiegata solo per luso per il quale stata esplicitamente concepita, altri impieghi sono impropri e pertanto pericolosi. L apparecchiatura non deve essere utilizzata come inceneritore. In caso di vetro del portello focolare rotto e/o incrinato, cos come in caso di anomalie di funzionamento, lapparecchio non pu essere messo in funzione, se non dopo aver rimosso lanomalia. Non ostruire le aperture o feritoie di aspirazione o di smaltimento del calore. Tutti i regolamenti locali, inclusi quelli riferiti alle Norme Nazionali ed Europee devono essere rispettate nellistallazione dellapparecchio. Il funzionamento dell apparecchio di tipologia intermittente , quindi richiede che il combustibile venga caricato manualmente durante il funzionamento.

1.2 Accensione
Combustibili Per garantire un corretto funzionamento della stufa e una formazione minima di fumo devono essere utilizzati esclusivamente i combustibili elencati di seguito: legna secca allo stato naturale con umidit mass ima del 20%.

Rifiuti, minuzzoli di legna, corteccia, polverino di carbone, trucioli, legna umida e trattata con antisettici, carta, cartone e simili. Per laccensione utilizzare bricchetti di legno o accendi fuoco da grill. N.B. Per l accensione non utilizzare mai : alcool, benzina, o altri combustibili liquidi. Attenzione! Durante la prima accensione la stufa potrebbe emanare fumi e odori sgradevoli. Provvedere subito ad arieggiare bene il locale (aprire porte e finestre) e riscaldare alla potenza termica nominale massima per almeno unora. Se non viene raggiunta la temperatura massima con la prima accensione, questi fenomeni potrebbero ripresentarsi anche in seguito. Mediante la leva dellaria primaria possibile impostare in continuo i valori compresi nel campo di regolazione per ottenere la potenza calorica desiderata.

Aprire lo sportello del focolare sollevando la maniglia verso lalto (fig. 2). Se lapparecchio caldo, utilizzare un guanto di protezione isolato. Impostare l aria primaria e la scelta di combustibile (fig. 3) secondo quanto indicato dalla tabella 1. Posizionare sulla griglia focolare bricchetti di legno o accendi fuoco e aggiungervi sopra dei trucioli di legno. Procedere con una piccola carica di legna per poi aumentarne la quantit, accendere, e poi richiudere lo sportello del focolare. Quando la fiamma si ben sviluppata, e si formato un buon strato di brace, aggiungere unulteriore carica di combustibile. In seguito impostare laria primaria secondo quanto indicato dalla tabella 1. Per la prima accensione opportuno procedere in modo lieve con piccole quant it di combustibile, per consentire ai componenti di abituarsi al calore. Durante questa fase la stufa potrebbe emanare fumi e odori sgradevoli. Provvedere subito ad arieggiare bene il locale (aprire porte e finestre) e riscaldare alla potenza termica nominale massima per almeno un'ora. Se non viene raggiunta la temperatura massima con la prima accensione, questi fenomeni potrebbero ripresentarsi anche in seguito.

Il combustibile non deve essere gettato, ma appoggiato nel focolare con delicatezza per evitare di danneggiare la parte in muratura dellapparecchio.

Attenzione! Aprendo lo sportello del focolare potrebbe verificarsi unuscita di fumo dovut a ad un utilizzo improprio o ad uno scarso tiraggio della canna fumaria. Si raccomanda pertanto di aprire lo sportello lentamente, e solo di qualche centimetro, prima di aprirlo completamente. Prima di aprire lo sportello per la ricarica di combustibile, assicurarsi che nel focolare vi sia solo il letto di brace e che le fiamme siano tutte spente.

1.3 Spegnimento
Chiudere gli sportelli e portare la regolazione dellaria primaria in posizione chi usa. Lasciar consumare la brace rimasta e far raffreddare la stufa. Pulire e svuotare il focolare e il cassetto cenere solo quando la stufa si raffreddata a temperatura ambiente! Raccomandiamo di far attenzione alla possibile presenza di braci o tizzoni caldi.

1.4 Generalit sul funzionamento

Gli sportelli del focolare devono rimanere sempre chiusi mentre la stufa in funzione. possibile aprirli per laccensione, laggiunta di carico o per la pulizia del focolare. Un adeguato apporto di aria secondaria consente di bruciare anche i componenti combustibili dei gas di scarico. Non pu essere escluso un eventuale deposito di sporco sul vetro dovuto ai combustibili solidi e ci non da consid erarsi come un difetto dellapparecchio. Grazie a questo sistema la combustione genera poco fumo e fuliggine garantendo il rispetto dellambiente. Qualora la stufa venga utilizzata nei periodi di mezza stagione necessario prima controllare il tiraggio della canna fumaria, che potrebbe essere scarso se la temperatura esterna elevata. A questo scopo avvicinare un fiammifero acceso allo sportello del focolare leggermente aperto. Se la fiamma non dovesse tirare sufficientemente in direzione dellapertura, br uciare per breve tempo dei trucioli o bricchetti di legno nella stufa o nellapertura di isp ezione della canna fumaria. Per consentire un buon apporto di aria, prima di ogni combustione pulire e scuotere la griglia focolare. Svuotare regolarmente il cassetto cenere ad apparecchio freddo (fig. 4). Se lapparecchio ancora caldo, indossare il guanto di protezione fornito. Accertarsi che durante questa procedura non vengano smaltiti residui di combustione ardenti (braci o tizzoni caldi). Assicurarsi che il cassetto cenere venga sempre spinto nella sua sede fino al raggiungimento dello scatto.

Attenzione! Per garantire aria pulita e una buona resa dellapparecchio, il carico del combustibile non deve superare le quantit max indicate nelle istruzioni per luso per evitare un surriscaldamento che danneggerebbe la stufa. Eventuali danni come quello appena descritto non sono coperti dalla garanzia. Una minore resa

termica si ottiene soltanto riducendo le quantit di carico e non mediante diminuzione dellaria primaria.

1.5 Pulizia e manutenzione

Un buon utilizzo dellapparecchio associato ad unaccurata pulizia e manutenzione garantiscono la stabilit dei valori e una lunga durata nel tempo dell apparecchio. Ci consente di risparmiare preziose risorse, rispettare lambiente ed evitare ulteriori spese. Per procedere alla pulizia tirare in avanti il parafiamma. In questo modo possibile pulire il giro fumi dallinterno o, rimuovendo il tubo di scarico, dallalto. Al termine delloperazione di pulizia reinserire il parafiamma nella posizione iniziale. Attenzione! A fine stagione opportuno sottoporre la stufa a una pulizia completa. Per eventuali riparazioni o sostituzioni contattare tempestivamente il proprio rivenditore avendo cura di comunicare lesatto n di articolo e di serie dellapparecchio (v. targa di identificazione). La pulizia delle superfici esterne da effettuare a stufa f redda. Devono essere pulite con acqua corrente o, in casi particolari, pretrattate con acqua saponata o detersivo per piatti, e poi strofinate fino a completa asciugatura. Prima del primo utilizzo pulire il vetro ROBAX S della stufa con un panno umido e pulito e aggiungere poi delle gocce di detergente per vetroceramica su entrambi i lati del vetro mediante carta da cucina. La pregiata superficie di ROBAX S rivestita con una pellicola invisibile che consente di mantenere il vetro pulito e che agevola le operazioni di pulizia se queste sono svolte regolarmente. I combustibili solidi bruciando producono fuliggine e la formazione sul vetro di eventuali depositi non pu essere mai del tutto esclusa; ci non da considerarsi un difetto dellapparecchio. Pulizia delle ceramiche: sporco e grasso possono essere rimossi con acqua e sapone. Pulizia di pietra ollare e arenaria: essendo pietra ollare e arenaria pietre naturali, eventuali alterazioni cromatiche sono normali e non costituiscono motivo di reclamo! Sporco e grasso possono essere rimossi con acqua e sapone, piccoli graffi con carta abrasiva a umido (grana 240). Importante: non utilizzare in nessun caso spugne, abrasivi e detergenti aggressivi o che potrebbero graffiare le superfici!

Eventuali lavori, in particolare linstallazione, il montaggio, la prima accensione, nonch i servizi di assistenza e di riparazione possono essere eseguiti solo da una ditta specializzata (in impianti di riscaldamento o riscaldamento ad aria). 1.6 Cause e risoluzione anomalie

Tipo di anomalia Cause possibili Rimedi Lasciare la stufa in funzione per diverse ore sulla posizione minima cos come indicato nelle istruzioni per luso. In seguito lasciare riscaldare per diverse ore a potenza massima. Far verificare il Suo fabbisogno termico da un tecnico esperto. La stufa richiede un tiraggio min di 11 Pa e pu arrivare ad un max di 20 Pa per breve tempo. Controllare la tenuta della canna fumaria. Verificare soprattutto le aperture della canna fumaria e di pulizia. Se necessario collegare un tratto verticale. Tutti i collegamenti dei tubi di scarico devono avere una buona tenuta stagna ed essere isolati con materiale refrattario. Controllare la tenuta e chiudere bene gli sportelli. In caso far sostituire i nastri sigillanti. Utilizzare solamente legna ben asciutta.

Formazione di odori: Asciugatura della vernice utilizzata ed evaporazione dei residui di olio.

Scarsa emissione di calore:

Provvedimenti da attuare in caso di incendio di canna fumaria Una pulizia non completa della canna fumaria, lutilizzo di combustibile non idoneo (per esempio legna troppo umida) o limpostazione sbagliata dellaria della combustione potrebbero provocare un incendio della canna fumaria. In questo caso chiudere la presa daria della stufa e chiamare immediatamente i Vigili del Fuoco.

N.B. Non provare mai ad estinguere il fuoco con acqua.

2. Installazione
2.1 Prescrizioni e norme
Leggere attentamente il contenuto del presente manuale, in quanto fornisce importanti indicazioni ed istruzioni riguardanti linstallazione, luso, la manutenzione e soprattutto la sicurezza del prodotto. Linstallazione e luso delle apparecchiature, deve avvenire esclusivamente in ambiente giudicato idoneo dagli enti preposti e soprattutto in conformit alle norme e prescrizioni vigenti in materia. Gli impianti tecnologici e linstallazione degli apparecchi devono essere effettuati da personale professionalmente qualificato, autorizzato a rilasciare certificato di conformit e rispondenza alle norme in vigore. Nel luogo di installazione devono essere rispettate tutte le leggi, norme e direttive in vigore, in materia di edilizia civile e/o industriale, utilizzando sempre i dispositivi di sicurezza individuale e gli altri mezzi di protezione previsti per legge. Devono inoltre essere rispettate tutte le leggi, norme, direttive in vigore in materia di impiantistica, canne fumarie, elettricit, acqua, ventilazione/aspirazione. Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilit derivante da installazione errata, manomissione, utilizzo non corretto dellapparecchio , uso improprio, cattiva manutenzione, inosservanza delle normative vigenti e imperizia duso.

Operazioni preliminari Togliere delicatamente limballo. Il materiale che compone limballo va riciclato mettendolo negli appositi contenitori o conferito al sito preposto nel comune di residenza. Prima dellinstallazione assicurasi dellintegrit dellapparecchio, in caso di dubbio non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi al rivenditore. Posizionamento apparecchio Il sito dinstallazione dellapparecchio deve prevedere: Una pavimentazione di adeguata capacit di carico, superiore al peso dellapparecchio. Se la costruzione esistente non soddisfa questo requisito, misure appropriate dovranno essere prese (Es. piastra di distribuzione di carico). Una pavimentazione adatta allirraggiamento calorico che garantisca l edificio contro i rischi di incendio. L installazione dell apparecchio deve garantire facile accesso per la pulizia dellapparecchio stesso, dei condotti dei gas di scarico e della canna fumaria.

2.2 Distanze di sicurezza

Proteggere dalleffetto del calore tutti gli elementi costruttivi, mobili o tessuti di arredamento infiammabili situati nelle vicinanze della stufa. Oggetti allinterno della zona di irraggiamento Per gli elementi costruttivi, i mobili e i tessuti di arredamento infiammabili situati nella zona di irraggiamento della stufa necessario rispettare una distanza minima di 80 cm (A), misurati dal bordo anteriore dellapertura del focolare. La distanza di sicurezza si riduce ai 40 cm (B) qualora di fronte allelemento sia installata una protezione areata (v. fig. 6). Oggetti al di fuori della zona di irraggiamento Le pareti laterali e quella posteriore allapparecchio non possono essere realizzate o rivestite con materiale infiammabile qualora la distanza laterale sia inferiore ai 30 cm e quella posteriore ai 20 cm. Anche per mobili in legno o in plastica deve essere rispettata una distanza laterale di 30 cm (v. fig. 7).

I pavimenti in materiale infiammabile come moquette, parquet o sughero devono essere sostituiti o protetti sotto la stufa, davanti fino a 50 cm dal bordo del focolare e lateralmente fino a 30 cm da un rivestimento in materiale non infiammabile, come ceramica, pietra, vetro o da una base salva-pavimento in acciaio.

2.3 Collegamento alla canna fumaria

ATTENZIONE! Prima di procedere al collegamento dellapparecchio consultare un tecn ico specializzato di zona! I tratti di collegamento della stufa devono essere ben saldati e sigillati e non devono essere inseriti in profondit nella sezione trasversale libera della canna fumaria. Il tratto di collegamento tra stufa e canna fumaria deve avere un diametro equivalente a quella del bocchettone di uscita fumi della stufa. Tratti orizzontali superiori ai 0,5 metri devono avere una pendenza di 10 gradi rispetto alla canna fumaria. Tubi non isolati termicamente o con andamento orizzontale non devono avere una lunghezza superiore ad un metro. La Misura X (distanza da elementi costruttivi/materiali infiammabili) da rispettare quella indicata dal produttore dellapparecchio.

ATTENZIONE!

Per il dimensionamento della canna fumaria consultare i dati relativi all apparecchio nella sezione 3.

Generalmente la stufa pu essere collegata direttamente alla canna fumaria mediante impiego di curve.

Se il tiraggio scarso la stufa dovrebbe essere collegata alla canna fumaria mediante un tubo di scarico fumi verticale.

CAMINO O CANNA FUMARIA Il camino o canna fumaria deve rispondere ai seguenti requisiti: Essere a tenuta dei prodotti della combustione, impermeabile ed adeguatamente isolato e coibentato alla stregua delle condizioni di impiego (UNI 9615); Essere realizzato in materiali adatti a resistere alle normali sollecitazioni meccaniche, al calore, allazione dei prodotti della combustione e alle eventuali condense; Avere andamento prevalentemente verticale con devia zioni dellasse non superiori a 45; Essere adeguatamente distanziato da materiali combustibili o infiammabili mediante intercapedine daria od opportuno isolante; Avere sezione interna preferibilmente circolare; le sezioni quadrate o rettangolari devono avere angoli arrotondati con raggio non inferiore a 20 mm; Avere sezione interna costante, libera e indipendente; Avere le sezioni rettangolari con rapporto massimo tra i lati di 1,5; Dovranno essere rispettate le indicazioni del costruttore dellapparecchi o per quanto concerne la sezione e le caratteristiche costruttive della canna fumaria/camino. Per sezioni particolari, variazioni di sezione o di percorso dovr essere effettuata una verifica del funzionamento del sistema di evacuazione fumi con appropriato metodo di calcolo fluidodinamico (UNI 9615). E consigliato che il condotto fumario sia dotato di una camera per raccolta materiali solidi ed eventuali condense, situata sotto limbocco del canale da fumo, in modo da essere facilmente apribile ed ispezionabile da sportello a tenuta daria. In caso di incendio della canna fumaria munirsi di adeguati sistemi per soffocare le fiamme (es. utilizzare un estintore a polvere o ad anidride carbonica) e richiedere l'intervento dei Vigili del Fuoco.

COLLEGAMENTO DELLAPPARECCHIO ALLA CANNA FUMARIA ED EVACUAZIONE DEI PRODOTTI DELLA COMBUSTIONE (vedi anche normativa UNI 10683) Il collegamento tra lapparecchio di utilizzazione e la canna fumaria deve ricevere lo scarico da un solo generatore di calore. E ammessa la realizzazione di apparecchio composto da caminetto e forno di cottura con un unico punto di scarico verso il camino, per il quale il costruttore dovr fornire le caratteristiche costruttive del raccordo dei canali da fumo. E vietato convogliare nello stesso canale da fumo lo scarico proveniente da cappe sovrastanti gli apparecchi di cottura. E vietato lo scarico diretto verso spazi chiusi anche se a cielo libero.

Lo scarico diretto dei prodotti della combustione deve essere previsto a tetto ed il condotto fumario deve avere le caratteristiche previste precedentemente.

COMIGNOLO Il comignolo deve rispondere ai seguenti requisiti: Avere sezione interna equivalente a quella del camino; Avere sezione utile di uscita non inferiore al doppio di quella interna del camino; Essere costruito in modo da impedire la penetrazione nel camino di pioggia, neve, corpi estranei e in modo che anche in caso di venti di ogni direzione e inclinazione sia comunque assicurato lo scarico dei prodotti della combustione; Essere posizionato in modo da garantire una adeguata dispersione e diluizione dei prodotti della combustione e comunque al di fuori della zona di reflusso in cui favorita la formazione di contropressioni. Tale zona ha dimensioni e conformazioni diverse in funzione dellangolo di inclinazione della copertura, per cui risulta necessario adottare le altezze minime indicate negli schemi seguenti:

REALIZZAZIONE DELLALLACCIAMENTO ALLA CANNA FUMARIA Eseguire il collegamento dellapparecchio alla canna fumaria del camino esistente, assicurandosi che il tubo di uscita fumi non occupi la sezione libera della canna fumaria. Utilizzare esclusivamente tubi adatti allo smaltimento dei fumi della combustione. Limitare i tratti orizzontali del condotto di raccordo alla canna fumaria (max 1 metro) e luso di curve.

PRESA ARIA COMBUSTIONE DALLAMBIENTE DI INSTALLAZIONE Lapparecchio deve poter disporre dellaria necessaria a garantirne il regol are funzionamento mediante prese daria esterna. Le prese daria devono rispondere ai seguenti requisiti: a) Avere sezione libera totale minima di 200 cm; b) Essere comunicanti direttamente con lambiente di installazione; c) Essere protette con griglia, rete metallica o idonea protezione purch non riduca la sezione minima di cui al punto a) e posizionate in modo da evitare che possano essere ostruite. Lafflusso dellaria pu essere ottenuto anche da un locale adiacente a quello di installazione, purch tale flusso possa avvenire liberamente attraverso aperture permanenti comunicanti con lesterno. Il locale adiacente rispetto a quello di installazione non deve essere messo in depressione rispetto allambiente esterno per effetto del tiraggio contrario, provocato dalla presenza in tale locale di altro apparecchio di utilizzazione o di dispositivo di aspirazione. Nel locale adiacente le aperture permanenti devono rispondere ai requisiti di cui alle lettere a) e c). Il locale adiacente non pu essere adibito ad autorimessa, magazzino di materiale combustibile n comunque ad attivit con pericolo dincendio.

NOTA : Ventilatori di estrazione aria, quando usati nella stessa stanza o spazi vicini dellapparecchio, potrebbero causare problemi di funzionamento. NOTA : Il locale di installazione non deve essere messo in depressione da apparecchiature quali ad esempio: cappe di aspirazione,camini, canne fumarie,ecc.., presenti nel locale stesso o nei locali adiacenti posti in comunicazione.

1.5 Tisztts s gondozs

A ftsi idszak befejeztvel ajnlatos egy alapos kandall s fstcs - tisztts. Ha albbhagy a hteljestmny, vagy a kszlk zemeltetsekor fstl az szinte mindig a fstjratok elszennyezdsnek kvetkezmnye. A tiszttshoz a terellapot elre kell hzni. Ezltal a fstutak bellrl, vagy ha a fs tcsvet eltvoltjuk, akkor fellrl kitisztthatk. A terellapot a tisztts utn ismt teljesen htra kell tolni! A rostly hideg llapotban kivehet, tisztthat. Figyelem! Minden ftsi peridus utn alaposan t kell ellenrizni a kandallt. Amennyiben javts vagy feljts szksges, forduljon idben a szakszervzhez, megadva kszlke cikk s gyrtsi szmt (lsd a tpustbln). gyeljen arra, hogy semmilyen parzsl, izz hamumaradvny ne kerljn a szemtgyjtbe. A kls felletek tiszttsa csak hideg klyhnl ajnlatos. A felleteket hideg vzzel kell tiszttani, vagy klnleges esetekben szappannal, vagy mosogatszerrel s a zutn szrazra kell trlni. A hll veget az els hasznlat eltt tiszttsa meg nedves, tiszta kendvel. Ke njen szt ezutn nhny cseppet egy vegkermia-tiszttszerbl egy konyhai paprral az veg mindkt oldaln. A leblts s szrazra trls utn a hll veg felletn a lthatatlan filmrteg segt az veg tisztntartsban, s rendszeresen megismtelve megknnyti a tiszttst. A kermia tiszttsa: A szennyezds s zsiradk szappannal s vzzel tvolthat el. A zsrk tiszttsa: a zsrk termszetes k, ezrt kis szneltrsek normlisak s nem alap a reklamcihoz! Szennyezds s zsr szappannal s vzzel, kis karcok nedves csiszolpap rral (szemcse 240) tvolthatk el. Figyelem! Semmilyen esetben sem szabad srolszereket, agresszv, vagy karcol tiszttszereket hasznlni!

Ellenrizze a kmnynek a tmtettsgt, s hogy ms, ehhez a kmnyhez csatlakoz tzhelyek ajtajai tmtetten (jl) zrdnak. Mindenek eltt gyeljen a tmtetlen kmnytisztt becsatlakozsokra. Az sszes fstcsktsnek jl tmtettnek s tzllnak-szigeteltnek kell lennie. Tmtst ellenrizni, az ajtt jl bezrni. Esetlegesen a tmt zsinrt kicserlni. Csak jl kiszrtott ft alkalmazzunk.

2. Elhelyezs
2.1 Elrsok
Az elhelyezsnl s a fstcsoldali becsatlakoztatsnl az egyes vonatkoz ptsi rendelkezsek tzvdelmi kvetelmnyeit kell figyelembe venni. Az n kandalljnak kifogstalan mkdse rdekben a kmnynek, amibe a kszlkt akarja becsatlakoztatni, kifogstalan llapotban kell lennie.

2.2 Elhelyezsi helysg

Mivel a kandall az gshez szksges levegt az elhelyezsi helysgbl veszi, ezrt gondoskodni kell llandan elg levegutnptlsrl. Biztostani kell, hogy 4 m lgtrfogat jusson minden kW nvleges teljestmnyre. Erre a kandallra ez azt jelenti, hogy az elhelyezsi helysgnek min. 26 m -nek kell lennie. Amennyiben a mret cseklyebb lenne, gy ms helysgek sszenyitsval kell ltrehozni a szellznylsokat (sszekt nylsok min. mrete 150 cm).

2.3 Tvolsgok
Minden ghet berendezst, btort, vagy pl. dekoranyagokat is a kandall kz vetlen krnyezetben a hhatstl vdeni kell. Berendezsi trgyak a sugrzsi tartomnyban A kandall sugrzsi tartomnyban 80 cm min. tvolsgot (A) kell betartani, az ghet berendezsek, btorok, vagy pl. dekoranyagok s a kandall ellapja kztt. A biztonsgi tvolsg 40 cm-re cskkenhet, ha egy sugrzsvd kerl a vdend trgy el. (B) (lsd a 6.kp). Berendezsi trgyak a sugrzsi tartomnyon kvl A kszlk mgtti s melletti falak nem kszlhetnek ghet anyagokbl, vagy nem lehetnek ilyen anyaqgokkal ( bevonva ) burkolva, hacsak a kszlk s a fal kztti tvolsg nincs oldalt 30 cm s htul 20 cm. A fa- s manyag-btorok esetn hasonlan 30 cm oldaltvolsgot kell betartani, (lsd a 7.kp).

A kandall alatti padlzat Az ghet anyagokbl kszlt padlt, mint pl. sznyeg, parketta, vagy parafa, a ka ndall alatt, valamint a tztr eltt 50 cm-re s oldalt 30 cm-re egy nem ghet anyagbl kszlt burkolval kell vdeni, mint pl.: kermia-, k-, veg-padl, vagy fm.

2.4 Kmnycsatlakozs
Figyelem ! A kszlk csatlakoztatsa eltt minden esetben az illetkes kmnysepr mester hozzjrulst kell krni. Az sszekt- s bektsi elemeknek mind a kszlkhez, mind pedig egym shoz jl tmtve s tartsan kell csatlakozniuk. A fstcs nem nylhat be a kmny szabad keresztmetszetbe. A kmny s a kandall kztti sszektelemnek ugyanolyan keresztmetszetnek kell lennie, mint a kandall cscsonkja. Azok a csvek, amelyek nem hvdettek, vagy nem fgglegesen vezetnek, 1 m tl ne legyenek hosszabak. Azoknak a vzszintes cscsatlakoz elemeknek, amelyek 0,5 m -nl hosszabbak,10 fokos emelkedssel kell csatlakozniuk a kandallhoz. A kandall bektelemeinek az ghet anyagoktl min. 40 cm -es tvolsgot kell betartani. Ha az sszekt elemek egy min. 2 cm vastagsg, nem ghet burkolattal vannak elltva, akkor azoknak az gh et anyagoktl val tvolsg min. 10 cm lehet. Az sszektelemeket, amennyiben ghet anyagokbl kszlt berendezseken vezetnek keresztl 1. min. 20 cm-es tvolsgban nem ghet anyagbl kszlt, vdcsvel kell elltni, vagy 2. min. 20 cm-es krzetben nem ghet anyaggal kell burkolni. Kisebb tvolsgok akkor engedlyezhetk, ha a kandall nvleges teljestmnyen val zemelskor, az ghet anyagokbl ksz lt berendezseken a hmrsklet nem tbb mint 85C. Figyelem ! Az olyan kmnycsatlakozs nem megengedhet, ahol a kmny toldsok hossza 5 m-tl kevesebb ( lsd a kmnyszmtsok adatait az 99. oldalon). A kandall csatlakozshoz tervbe vett kmnyhez maximum 2 tovbbi kszlk kthet be.
Rendszerint egy vvel csatlakoztathat a kandall a kmnyhez.

Csekly kmnyhuzatnl a kandallt egy fggleges fstcsvel kell a kmnnyel sszektni.
