Note: V-FAMILY TRAVEL reserves the right to change the tour fares suitably according to
local economic situation and have responsibility to inform Party B 1 month prior to the date
applied new tour fare.
V-FAMILY TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by guests.
Additional expenses which occur due to delays, diversity in transportation due to local
conditions, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be covered by guest.
Guests are required to have full travel insurance.
2/ TRANSPORTATION

The transportation is based on AC vehicles

Group sizes of 2 paxs: Deawoo Gentra, Vios, Civic, Corolla Altis/ Minivan of 4 seaters

Group sizes from 3 to 4 paxs: Inova/ Minivan of 7 seaters

Group sizes from 5 to 9 paxs: Minibus of 16 seaters

Note: V-FAMILY TRAVEL have the right to charge the extra cost for having to use the lager
means of transportation.

3/ CHILDREN POLICY

Under 3 years: Free of Charge

From 3 to 5 years old: 50% of adults fare (No bed) and 75% of of adults fare (with bed)

From 6 to 11 years: 75% of adults fare (No bed) and 90% of of adults fare (with bed)

4/ TOUR LEADER - ESCORT GUIDE

Free of charge for group sizes of 15 adults

5/ TERMS OF PAYMENT

50% deposit of total tour fare must be settled upon confirmation of your booking.

Final payment must be made upon arrival in case your tour leader accompanies group. If
not, final payment must be made 3 days prior to arrival date. Vouchers/ Invoices will be
issued at the same time.

6/ CANCELLATION
V-FAMILY TRAVEL must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective
from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:

15 days prior to arrival >>>>>>>>>>>> No Charge

From 10 to 14 days prior to arrival >>>> 25% of tour fare non-refundable

From 05 to 09 days prior to arrival >>>> 50% of tour fare non-refundable

The above rates are applicable to Leisure guests only. For MICE (Meeting, Incentive,
Conference and Exhibition) guests, quotation will be made upon request.
Rates are applicable for Asian passport holder only ( except Japan & Korea)
Rates are NOT applicable for Muslim.
Tour fares above quoted net, valid from 1 January 31 December 2014, subject to
change without prior notice and is not applicable for peak seasons (Christmas & New
Year Eve; Vietnamese New Year) & other public holidays in Vietnam.
