1 The Registration Form can be submitted by email in scanned form or by post or in person. It must be completed, signed, and sentwithallthenecessarydocuments/enclosurestoJATFMumbaiofficeorrespectiveCentersataddressesgivenbelow. 2 All the fields/section is mandatory to be filled in by the candidate. Incomplete application or application without all necessary enclosureswillnotbeconsidered. 3 ThefollowingselfattesteddocumentsmustaccompanyeachApplicationForm: a.Aphotocopyoftheapplicant'sbirthcertificate,orequivalentproofofage. b.PhotocopyofMarksheetsofeducationalqualificationmentionedinapplicationfrom. 4 All application must be complete and information mentioned in the Registration Form should be true. In case of any discrepancy with the fact, JATF management holds the right to cancel the Registration Form as well as the admission of the candidate. 5 References given in the application form may be contacted to seek clarification/confirmation for your family income, character oranyotheraspect. 6 Date of written test / interview will be announced through website www.jitoatf.org / intimated to the candidates by email or telephone. 7 The written test would be of Multiple Choice Questions (objective type) and comprise of General Studies and Aptitude test withfollowingsyllabus: a.History,Geography,Science,PolityNCERTBooks b.Currentevents,EconomicandSocialdevelopmentStandardNewsPapers&Magazines c. LogicalReasoning,GeneralMentalAbility,BasicNumeracy,DataInterpretationClassXlevel. 8 All self attested copies of certificates / documents would be checked against original at the time of interview. Kindly bring the sameatthattime. 9 Admission process comprises of a Centralized written test and interview. Due weightage is also given to academic performance of a student. Therefore, filling up complete details of educational qualification is necessary. Students would be called for written test based uponacademicperformance. Further, student may be invited for interview based upon written test performance. Final selection would be based upon aggregate of marks obtained in written test, interview and academic performance. 10 The top of the merit list students are only considered for Delhi Centre until its capacity is filledup. Remaining meritorious studentswouldbeconsideredforadmissioninothercentersaspertheirpreferredcentre. 11 Student can also be selected without written test like in case where he has passed prelim/main exams of UPSC or where a student has outstandingacademicperformance. However, in that case an interview would be conducted by a special committee of distinguished professionals. Students who wants to apply in this category (after May/June in a year) should also fill up form and send aseparate lettergiving justification. The application would be sent to JITOATF Mumbai and to the Centrewherehewantsadmission.Afterexaminingtherequest,theapplicantmaybecalledforinterview. 12 All admissions in JATF are strictly based upon merit.
