For Use in Static or Dynamic Systems

Series 5050 is a combination fire & smoke damper with a 1 1/2 Hour UL555 fire rating available with your choice of Class I, II, or III UL555S Leakage rating. This damper utilizes a thermally responsive electric switch to allow for the return spring of the specified actuator to close the damper upon elevated temperature. The damper may be installed vertically or horizontally for use in barriers requiring both fire and leakage protection. This damper has been evaluated with bi-directional airflow, and is rated to 2000 FPM and 4" static pressure in compliance with UL555 6th edition and UL555S 4th edition.

Series 5050TC is a combination fire and smoke damper that is UL classified for interior tunnel corridor ceiling penetrations. When installed in a tunnel-type corridor ceiling, the damper assembly carries a 1 hour UL555 fire rating and a Class I/II UL555S leakage rating. This damper also can be applied as a standard fire and smoke damper. It may be mounted horizontally or vertically, is approved for bi-directional airflow, and is rated to 2000 FPM and 4" static pressure in compliance with UL555 6th edition and UL555S 4th edition.
