Special Features
Special Features
Rapid Detection
Results are available in 75 minutes while PCR and ELISA technologies take at least 2-4 hours.
Time Savings
Results are available immediately (less than one minute) allowing for rapid response for corrective action.
Simple Protocol
Simple aseptic laboratory techniques are utilized in the assay-pipetting, vortexing, and timed incubation. Save money and time because there is no need for training on advanced techniques or complicated procedures.
Accuracy
Sample concentration on membrane filter provides the highest level of accuracy and precision.
Sensitivity
Following appropriate protocols, as few as one cell can be detected. Plus, the Pallchek Luminometer can detect stressed microbes that may not culture well.
No Wash Steps
The sample is prepared in a microcentrifuge tube and all of the remaining analysis is performed in the DNA probe tube, so there is no need to transfer to additional tubes or solid substrates.
Applications
