herein referred to as Vendor, and Quinte's Mega Flea Market.
The applying vendor agrees to participate in Flea Market to be held at 161 Bridge St., Belleville
Ontario, under the following terms and conditions:
SET UP
Set-up should, when ever possible, be completed before Business Operation Hours. We are open every
Friday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m. for set-up and are open to the vendors on both Sat. and Sun. at
6:30 a.m.
If additional time is required, this can be scheduled with management. One or Two Day Vendors Must
be prepared to leave at Business close, unless other arrangements have been made.
DURATION
The Market will remain open during said hours. Sat 8:00am-4:30pm, Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm
All vendors agree to remain operating until closing or make arrangements for their merchandise.
We have made an appointment with the public. They expect us to be here. If you cannot be here, you
must make arrangements with someone to watch your merchandise. These arrangements are your
responsibility. Kindly Note: Nobody sells your stuff better than you! Anyone who works in your booth,
as your agent, must be on the contract! Insurance and Legalities stipulate this. Phone numbers and
contact info for all personnel is required. Be sure that management has this updated info.
ASSIGNED SPACES
Space is assigned on a first come first serve basis. No Reservations without payment! Once
assigned, Vendor agrees to stay in assigned space. All spaces are 8ft. deep and merchandise is not to
exceed that space.
PAYMENT
Rent is paid at the beginning of every month! Exceptions must be pre-approved by the Market!
Arrangements may be made for weekly payment.
NOTE:Failure of resident vendors to pay will result in eviction, and added fees to
balance outstanding at $5 per weekend
Licensing & Taxes
All vendors are expected to comply with all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, or City laws and
regulations at all times. If you are uncertain as to the requirements for your product, The Market will be
pleased to provide direction to the appropriate agency for information. GST/HST collection and

payment, and any other taxes fees, duties or levies are the responsibility of the vendor.
LIABILITY
Quinte's Mega Flea Market is not responsible for theft or damage. The Market holds no responsibility
or liability, written or implied. Vendor is responsible for their merchandise entirely and for their
personnel. All personnel who work in your booth as your agent must be named on the contract.
APPEARANCE
Exhibit must be neat and clean. This includes sweeping and/or vacuuming. Merchandise must fit into
assigned space. All merchandise must marked
MERCHANDISE LIMITATIONS/EXCLUSIONS
ABSOLUTELY NO COUNTERFEIT ITEMS!
No Adult Content
No Pornography
No Firearms
No Fireworks
No Open Flames
Those vendors dealing in knives, Swords, Bayonets and/or weaponry are to restrict sales to persons
over 21
No Animals-Only service animals are permitted in the building
PARKING
Vendors must park in the parking lot at the rear of the building whenever possible, to allow parking for
shoppers at the front.
If there is a concern or problem please speak to management regarding it. We are here to help and are
always looking for good ideas. Concerns or issues are not to spread through neighboring vendors or
rumor. Everyone is here to make money, not be caught up in drama. Repeat offenders will be asked to
terminate their agreement.
RULES
The Quinte's Mega Flea Market is family orientated. - No offensive language will be tolerated.
No alcoholic beverages in or on the premises during Business Hours
Plug-ins are very limited and use must be pre approved and if given, limited to a single "DEVICE"!
We reserve the right to refuse, and or evict without refund on this basis.
Children must be attended!
Thermostat boxes and Fire Extinguishers must be accessible and not blocked at any times.
Please do not leave left over food, half full cups of liquid, and trash everywhere. Clean up after
yourself. Do not throw cups or anything containing liquid in the garbage..empty it first. Please leave
trash bags at the front of your space at closing and The Market will collect and dispose of it.
All aisle ways must be kept clear and unobstructed. Any damage to merchandise outside of your
assigned is your responsibility and loss.
Rear Exit Doors CAN NOT BE BLOCKED!
Large items deemed too large for the space may be removed and/ or relocated at Managements
Discretion, with vendor approval.
Do Not Throw Trash in the Dumpsters! They are not all owned by us.
Do not block access to the Fire Extinguishers. Stations must be readily accessible from all directions.

Any Problems, Concerns, Suggestions should be brought to the management.

Anyone inquiring about spaces should be immediately directed to management.
Restrooms are PUBLIC. They are not for storage. Do Not Leave Personal Items in the bathroom.
Please keep our bathrooms clean and functional. If something is broken or out, inform staff
immediately.
Please Watch Your Language! We are trying to project a Family Atmosphere!
Rules are at Managements discretion and subject to change without notice.
We are here to make money! This is a place of business and we are competing with all of the big
stores and franchises. We need Professionalism at all times. Customer Service is Acknowledging
customers when they come in the door, and paying attention to them. Answering questions, is what gets
your sales, and also prevents theft.We are usually in the Flea Market on Thursdays, and may be
available at other times as well for you to come in and work on your booth, change out merchandise,
Etc. Please Call to inquire about scheduling.
