Admission Requirements

Certified Manager of Quality Organizational Excellence

An original university bachelor's degree Ten years of professional work experience in the related field


An attendance certificate will be granted to participants who attend 80 percent of the course

Who Should Attend?

The program enhances the managers' skills to be able to motivate and evaluate staff, manage projects and human resources, analyze financial situations, determine and evaluate risk and employ knowledge management tools and techniques in resolving organizational challenges.

The Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) is a professional who leads and champions process improvement initiatives in small businesses or multinational corporations. This certification is a mark of excellence that demonstrates the ability to ensure high quality of an organization's products and/or services. The CMQ/OE program offered by the Institute of Quality Management takes students inside the depth of the body of knowledge of the CMQ/OE certificate granted by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
