Salary Board Action-Tax Posting Payments for Tax Assessors

I am respectfully requesting that two employees from the Tax Assessment office be paid for tax
postings that were completed in 2013.

Gary Martin, Chief Appraiser and Jodi Martin, Appraiser conducted tax postings in 2013 and need to be compensated for the work they have done. Both are employees of the County and after a thorough review of their position this duty will be reflected in their job description
effective March 6, 2014 and further payment of this matter will be an essential function of their

job and included in their rate of pay.

I am requesting that Gary Martin be compensated$ 12, 559 for the tax posting work conducted in
2013 to include, 237 return and claims, 237 photos, 277 sale notices, 273 photos and 214
personal services.

I am also requesting that Jodi Martin be compensated$ 10, 584 for the tax posting work
conducted in 2013 to include, 158 return and claims, 158 photos, 229 sale notices, 227 photos,
and 275 personal services.
