The CRG Logics, Inc. Smart Connection System is a revolutionary

development geared to multi-layer co-extrusion systems. The
smart connection generally pays for itself on installation cost sav-
ings alone. The smart connections allows a single common material
line to be used in applications with multiple vacuum pumps. The
smart connection system determines how your system is connected
and then sequences the draws on a material line. A 10 silo system
being serviced by 3 vacuum pumps would require 30 common mate-
rial lines. With the Smart Connection system installed the require-
ment is 10. Because the system has the intelligence to know how a
system is connected it can also verify the material connections
match the recipe. Yes, the smart connection system nearly elimi-
nates any possibility of running a bad blend due to set-up issues
(Hose(s) connected wrong).
