Hospitality
Kailasa- The Band
Kailasa is a fifteen people band, which includes Lead Vocalist, Seven Musicians, Light Engineer, Sound Engineers, Graphics operators, Logistics controller, PR and Band Manager.
Ninety Minutes of Non-Stop Performance. All instruments are played live and No recorded sound is used.
All Tickets must be booked in same full service airline with no fare restrictions. All flights must be direct flights, wherever available. All Travel bookings must be done through our Authorised Travel Agent. In case of sponsored tickets/any other special reason, if the organiser wishes to book the air-tickets then they will have accommodate to change the tickets sector/date/names/flight time upon request at their cost without obligation. Excess baggage, if any to be paid in addition against receipt (X 2) before the concert. Usually there is no excess baggage with the band.
Ground Transportation
All the vehicles must remain with the band during the complete stay of the band. The ground transportation must be booked through reputed vendors. All vehicles must be chauffer driven and no one should escort the artiste in the same vehicle. Please provide all cars with water bottles and wet tissues. Accommodation
All the rooms must be booked in the same 5 + star hotel .All rooms and associated tax must be paid and confirmation numbers should be sent in advance to the tour manager. One Deluxe King Suite Non- Smoking- All Food & Non Alcoholic beverages, Laundry, Internet to be paid for.

One Deluxe Room- King size bed Non smoking - All Food & Non Alcoholic beverages, Laundry, Internet to be paid for. One Standard Room King Size Bed- All Food & Non Alcoholic beverages to be paid for. 6 (six) Double (twin Beds) Smoking Rooms- All Food & Non Alcoholic beverages to be paid for.
For Performances in Mumbai 03 rooms for wash and change in the nearest 5 star till performance with adequate room service. 4 Innova cars for Musicians to pick & drop form homes.
Sound Check
The Stage, sound and lights should be duly pre-checked and must be made available to the band at least 5 hours before the performance Band Required 2-3 hours for sound check Sound and Light suppliers must be present during the sound check Doors cannot be opened for public before the sound check is completed.
Green Rooms
Two green rooms to be provided one each for the artist and the band. The Green rooms should be air-conditioned and must have a clean toilet in the close proximity. Green Rooms must be provided with the following 08 New Face Towels Room Temperature Mineral Water bottles 24 X 1 Liter Light Snacks No Deep Fried Food/Cold Food Tea/Coffee/ Energy Drinks/Soft Drinks Mirror, Closet/Hangers, Iron with Iron Board
In case the venue is outdoor, then 2 Vanity Vans to be provided as green rooms.
All necessary permissions like police, fire, entertainment tax, traffic, IPRS should be taken by the organizer at their cost at least two weeks prior to the concert.
All press inquiries regarding the interview etc. of Kailash Kher and the Band to be directed to Pakul Chaturvedi (Pakul@promosapiens.co.in) The TV channels including news & event channels can cover only first ten minutes of the show. Please request the same in the invitation to the press.
Introduction on Stage
Kailash Kher/Kailasas introduction on stage narrated by the anchor needs a prior approval from the band Manager. Please send the same thru email for approvals. Updated profile of the band is attached both in English and Hindi Languages. The standard Nomenclature is Kailash Khers Kailasa and must be introduced on stage always as Kailash Kher & His Band Kailasa.
Artworks of the material using the images of Kailash Kher/Kailasa for advertising & other promotional purposes needs to be pre approved by the band management. Approvals will be granted within 48 hours vide email, no replies within 48 hours automatically grants approval. Any promotional byte/ad/radio spot must be requested through email preferably with a notice of two weeks.
Complimentary Tickets
Organiser shall provide artist with 25 (Twenty Five) complimentary tickets all must be in the first ten rows. The same shall be handed over to the Tour Manager at least 7 hours before the performance.

The seating at the concert has to be Theatrical style. No round table dinner seating is allowed during the concert. Any kind of food & beverages service is not allowed during the concert. Artist Management reserves the rights to discontinue/end the performance in case of such service noticed, without any obligation.
Important Clauses
% 1. In case Kailasa or Promo Sapiens cancels the Performance due to verifiable illness or Force Majeure occurrence, they shall return to organizer (client) all fees paid to Artist in relation to the Performance. 2. In case show is cancelled or postponed for any reason by the organizers, Kailasa/Promo sapiens reserves the right either to change the date or forfeit any advances paid. 3. A show is confirmed only upon the payment of the advances and issuance of confirmation letter, any confirmation without the advance does not stand valid. 4. In case any of the conditions stated in this contract cum rider are not fulfilled by the organizer than Kailasa/Promo sapiens reserves the right to cancel their performance without obligation. 5. Payment of any advance confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this rider/contract. 6. It is understood that no changes or exceptions may be imposed upon this rider except in writing and mutual consent of the promoter and artiste management.
