INTRODUCTION

Well, according to my point of view we can see that teaching perspectives inventory gives the reflexion about our purpose in learning knowledge and especially the role of teachers besides you can see that TPI gives information about what are the basis teachers have in the learning process to evaluate students. Something really important is that TPI help you to identify my perspectives about of teaching, we can consider the following statements think of specific content and learners and settings in which you meet them from instruction and learning. Also doing the TPI test we can see the importance in order to know what the main perspective about teaching is. Something really important is that we can find five perspectives that TPI test present such as: Transmission, Apprenticeship Developmental, Nurturing, social reform, these perspectives are very important because is that way we know what is the principal perspective that we have and identify what is the function that each of them have in the classroom. Also TPI test has been created for everyone to know about the beliefs of teachers to have an idea how will be the behavior in the classroom with the students in the teaching learning process during the class. THE TPI RESULT AND THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR TEACHING PERSPECTIVES. I can see the analysis of results obtained on the TPI teaching perspective inventory show that the perspective that has highest scores and predominate are: Apprenticeship, and Social reform which means that the teachers play a role very important in the class with a total of 41 point between them and we can see Transmission with 40 points, developmental with 34 points, nurturing with 34 points this is really important. On the other hand we have we have beliefs with 66 points intention with 65 and action with 61 means that beliefs are stronger than intention. Also I can see in my profile sheet there are sub scores such as : (B) beliefs, Intention (I) and Actions (A) with each perspective we identify my philosophy in teaching that is it really important to know. The teaching perspective inventory TPI is a 45 item that will access your orientation to teaching. We can see that every question talk about especially learning, motivation the goal of education their role as a teacher, the nature of learners they taught and the influence of content on their teaching.

In my opinion and according to my results I obtained in this test it seem that my strong part is apprenticeship and social reform which is that teaching play a role very important in the classroom and what they are going to teach and I have to work more and developmental and nutring. DO YOU AGREE WITH THE RESULT? Yes because I can see and consider that I know my teaching skill this is really important and how much I know about my knowledge to the students. This is a very good evaluation And how can improve the ability to teach.
