Based on the Dreikurs' Model of Discipline, Dreikurs' believed that teachers who teach in a mostly democratic fashion are

those who most effectively establish discipline. Dreikurs' categorization of teachers is based on the predominant behaviour they display in the classroom. Teachers should quickly identify the mistaken goals and act to avoid their reinforcement. Teacher Ina should teach students that unpleasant consequences always follow inappropriate behaviour. Teachers should give clear-cut directions for the actions expected of students. Establish a relationship with each individual based on trust and mutual respect. Teacher Ina must build a good rapport with Aman. She must try to understand and get close to him. She also should combine kindness and firmness. After that, set limits from the beginning but work toward mutual understanding, a sense of mutual responsibility and mutual consideration for others. Mean what Teacher Ina say, keep your demands simple and ensure that they are carried out. Deal with incidents quickly and effectively, bring him swiftly to closure and work to repair damaged relationships. Let Aman knows that mistakes are corrected, forgiven and then forgotten. Always speak in positive terms, never be negative. She should speak gently so that Aman will listen to her and comfortable in sharing his problems with her. Lastly, she must be democratic rather than autocratic or permissive in the classroom procedures and social interactions with Aman. Next, for the William Glasser reality therapy model. Glasser (1978) firmly believes that teachers hold the key to good discipline. First that Teacher Ina must do is stressing Amans responsibility. Good behaviour comes from good choices and since students ultimately must live with the choices they make so it is Amans responsibility for his own behaviour. They must sit in a tight circle together and discuss matters that concern the class. Then, Teacher Ina can suggest suitable alternatives for Aman. Misbehaving students will sometimes be unable to think of appropriate behaviours they might select. The teacher should then suggest two or three acceptable alternatives. Teacher Ina also must be persistent. Caring teachers work toward one goal that is to guide Aman to be a good student. Commitment means constancy, doing something repeatedly, intentionally, while making sure that it is right. So, teachers themselves must be constant. She must always help Aman make choices and have him make value judgments about his bad choices. Lastly, establish rules that lead to success. Glasser considers class rules to be essential. He has given many examples of programs and classes that have attempted to operate without rules, in the mistaken belief that rules stifle initiative, responsibility, and self-direction. It is important in shaping the students behaviours. Based on the Canter Model of Assertive Discipline, Teacher Ina has the right to ask for and receive help from principals, parents, and other school personnel. This can help Teacher Ina in dealing with the situation. She also can use the broken record technique and it is maintained with firm, forceful but kindly insistence. This to make sure Aman understand what he need to do and cannot do while in classroom. She also can select appropriate consequences in advance. Teachers should have a bank of several specific consequences to draw on when necessary. However, the sequences must not hard to Aman as he will become worse if she use hard consequences. Then, she can give a personal attention to him. A special, positive, personal response from the teacher is one of the most rewarding experiences a student can have. Most students respond enthusiastically to such attention. It is delivered in the form of greetings, short talks, compliments, acknowledgments, smiles, and friendly eye contact. I believe that Aman will become better if he had been treated nicely.
