Great Job at the Emerald Team Challenge in Eugene Oregon earlier in March!! The Level 5 girls placed 1st The Level 3 girls placed 2nd The Boys team placed 3rd
Congratulations to Chloe & Alexi, Level 7, who qualified for their Optionals State Meet which was held on March 23rd AND Congratulations to the boys team: Calvin, Aiden, Wyatt and Cole who all competed at the Men's State Meet on March 14th. To help the OSO Mudslide effots Rising Stars Gymnastics will be collecting Shell Gas or Visa/Mastercard Prepaid Gift Cards or Cash donations to purchase gift cards to go directly the volunteer rescue workers for gas and supplies. You may drop off a donation anytime M-Th 9am-12p & 4pm-8pm, Friday 4p,-8pm & Saturday 9am-12pm.

We currently have 24 girls and 4 boys on our team. Throughout the year we will be doing a profile of each team member. Lexie Walker
Age 11 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 8 Years competing: 1st year Goals as a gymnast: To make it to State A highlight for you in gymnastics? Making team!

Kendall Cantrell-Cooper
Age: 11 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 1.5 Years competing: 1st year Goal as a gymnast: My goal is to have my kip by spring State. A highlight for you in gymnastics? Making it onto the podium.

Callie Tonseth
Age: 14 Level 4 Years doing gymnastics: 4 .5 Years competing: 4th year Goal as a gymnast: To get my kip and move to level 5. A highlight for you in gymnastics? Getting my back handspring and over my fear of the vault.

Lillie Huffman
Age: 10 Level 4 Years doing gymnastics: 3.5 Years competing: 4th year Goal as a gymnast: To become an Olympic gymnast. My more realistic goal is to get my kip soon. A highlight for you in gymnastics? My double back handspring.

Shelby Felthoven
Age: 10 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 2 years Years competing: 1st year Goal as a gymnast: To get a 9.0 on every event! A highlight for you in gymnastics? Being on the podium.

Alexi Kilbourn
Age: 12yrs Level 7 Years doing gymnastics: 10 Years competing: 5th year. Goals as a gymnast: To fix corrections and improve every year. Highlight for you in gymnastics? I conquered my fear on vault.

Age 8 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 1.5 Years competing: 1st year Goal as a gymnast: To be brave and do my round off back handspring. A highlight for you in gymnastics? When I did my whole bar routine in my first meet and I didn't know that I could do it.

Georgia Decker
Age: 9 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 6 Years competing: 1st year Goal as a gymnast: Long term: Olympics! To be a coach like Megan. Short term: to improve, learn, have fun A highlight for you in gymnastics? Back handspring, competing in front of an audience.

MyKayla Pawlak
Age 9 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 2 Years competing: 1st year Goal as a gymnast: Becoming a UW gymnast. A highlight for you in gymnastics? When I landed my back handspring for the first time.

Hannah Wood
Age 11 Level 3 Years doing gymnastics: 6 Years competing: 2nd year Goal as a gymnast: To get my back handspring A highlight for you in gymnastics? Making it to Fall State.

Tabatha Holm
Age 11 Level 4 Years doing gymnastics: 2.5 Years competing: 2nd year Goal as a gymnast: Working hard on bars and vault. A highlight for you in gymnastics? I Excited that I got my first 9 this year on the floor routine.

Keelie Mastin
Age 10 Level 4 Years doing gymnastics: 7 Years competing: 2nd year Goal as a gymnast: Go the Olympics Highlight for you in gymnastics? I was so nervous to compete in front of an audience that I put off joining team for a year. I have overcome that fear and now I love it! I am also glad that I am able to juggle soccer with such a busy gym schedule.
