Module: ACSI Passenger Manifests

Overview

ACSI has the ability to produce three types of passenger manifest. These are: ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Passenger Manifest Special Passenger Manifest Haj Passenger Manifest

ICAO Passenger Manifest The ICAO Passenger Manifest is in accordance with ICAO requirements and will list all passengers, in alphabetical order by destination, in route order. Seat numbers are also shown. Passengers will appear on this manifest as soon as they are checked-in and seated. Special Passenger Manifest The Special Passenger Manifest will list all passengers, in alphabetical order by destination, in route order. Seat numbers, gender, nationality and passport numbers are also shown. The manifest will keep a running total of passengers by destination and by total boarded. Baggage and baggage weight will be calculated as well. Passengers will appear on this manifest as soon as they are checked-in and seated. Haj Passenger Manifest The Haj Manifest will be used by carriers with passengers traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the performance of the religious Haj pilgrimage. Strict procedures apply to such passengers and carriers involved in these operations will be required to comply with them. The manifest will list passengers together with father or husband names, by destination with passport information, sequence number, nationality, total baggage count, total baggage weight and gender. For passengers to appear on this manifest they must be checked-in and seated, their records must contain a Haj passenger edit (HJ), passport edit (PP) and the passenger must be shown as boarded during PBC. Passengers with HJ and PP edits will appear on this manifest as soon as they are checked-in and seated.
