Wushu, as an international competitive sport is truly developing on a worldwide scale in leaps and bounds. There is an urgent need to standardize wushu competition routines in order that Chinese and foreign competitors may compete on equal footing. Thus, the Chinese Wushu Research Institute of China organized a group of professors, specialists, famous wushu trainers and top level artists to develop a set of seven standard competition routines, namely, Changquan (Long Boxing), Nanquan (Southern Style Boxing), Taijiquan, Daoshu (Broadsword Play), Qiangshu (Spear Play), Jianshu (Sword Play) and Gunshu (Cudgel Play).These seven competition routines, which are improved in content, specification of movements, compact structure, routine layout, number of movements and series of movements and competition time limits, all conform with the international wushu competition rules. Contents: - 3rd Dan (level) Sword - 32 minutes 3 Dan Sword is one of the most basic series of swordplay skills in Chinese wushu level promotion andgrading system. It is composed of 18 movements, divided into 4 parts. Its movements are smooth nad techniques are unrestrained. - 3rd Dan (level) Spear - 30 minutes 3 Dan Spear is one of the most basic series of spear skills in Chinese wushu level promotion & grading system. It is composed of 16 set of movements, divided into 4 parts. Smooth movements; Precise techniques.

- 3rd Dan (level) Broadsword - 26 minutes 3 Dan Broadword is one of the most basic series of broadsword skills in Chinese wushu level promotion and grading system. It is composed of 18 set of movements, divided into 4 parts. - 3rd Dan (level) Cudgel - 26 minutes 3 Dan Cudgel is one of the most basic series of cudgel play skills in Chinese martial arts Dan-system. It consists of 17 movements, divided into 4 parts. its techniques are very brave & fierce. - 3rd Dan (level) Long Fist - 39 minutes 3rd Dan Long Fist (Chang Chuan) is the basic & required course for all wushu beginners. Movements are simple & easy to learn. It is an ideal course for new hands. - 4th Dan (level) Long Fist - 37 minutes This program consists of 43 movements. It is one of the standard routines for receiving national wushu 4th grade. The form is smooth and elegant. It is practically & reasonably well-structured. - 5th Dan (level) Long Fist - 47 minutes 5th Dan Long Fist has 53 movements. It is a required subject to receive 5th level national wushu grading. Entire routine is well-organized, smooth, & elegent. - 5th Dan (level) Cudgel - 45 minutes 5th Dan Cudgel play has 48 movements. It is a required subject to receive 5th level national wushu grading. Entire routine is well-organized, smooth, & elegent. - 5th Dan (level) Sword - 54 minutes This program consists of 53 movements. It is one of the standard routines for receiving national wushu 5th level. The form is smooth and elegant. It is practically & reasonably well-structured. - 6th Dan (level) Long Fist - 58 minutes 6th Dan Long Fist has 60 movements. It is a required subject to receive 6th level national wushu grading. Entire routine is well-organized, smooth, & elegent. - 6th Dan (level) Spear - 51 minutes 6th Dan Spear play has 51 movements. It is a required subject to receive 6th level national wushu grading. Entire routine is well-organized, smooth, & elegent. - 6th Dan (level) Sword - 53 minutes This program consists of 51 movements. It is one of the standard routines for receiving national wushu 6th level. The form is smooth and elegant. It is practically & reasonably well-structured.
