On behalf of the players and coaches, I would like to welcome you to tonights game and thank you for supporting the football program at Great Oak High School. The young men you see performing on the field have dedicated themselves to hundreds of hours of hard work in the weight room and on the practice field. I am extremely excited about our 2012 squad. My coaching staff is confident that our young student athletes are well prepared to compete with an extremely challenging non-league schedule, as well as the extremely tough Southwestern League. It takes a special person and athlete to meet the demands of the Great Oak Football Program and the young men you see before you have put in the sweat, pain, and sacrifice to earn their place on the roster. We have always taken pride at Great Oak about the quality of men our football program produces. As a coaching staff, we are quite proud of the integrity demonstrated in our players and their commitment to academics. As everyone knows, a program is only as strong as the people who back it. The Great Oak PSG is truly second to none. We could not be more blessed with the absolutely awesome parent support we have. All the coaches want to extend our sincerest gratitude for the effort and many hours our PSG has volunteered to build the football program. Thank you for supporting your student athletes at the snack bar and all other football activities. Great Oak football would not be where we are without the dedication of our coaching staff. I want to thank each and every one of our coaches for the enthusiasm and expertise they bring to the field every day. I would also be remiss if I did not take a moment to thank the wives of our coaching staff for the patience and understanding they show over the time my staff puts in to mold these young athletes. Last but not least, I would like to give a special thanks to the administration, staff, and faculty at Great Oak High School. Our principal, Keith Moore, and athletic director, Gil Rodriguez, have truly supported my goals and vision for the program. Enjoy tonights game. PACK TOGETHER- TEAM!

The award-winning Spirit of Great Oak Band & Guard takes to the field in 2012 bigger, stronger and younger. The 150 member Band & Guard is made up of a talented Sr. Class, aspiring sophomores and juniors, and the largest freshman class of in our nine year history with over 50 members. The Spirit Band & Color Guard continued their successful ways over the past year by being a State Finalist for the second year in a row, and the most recent award given to the Drum Line. That group earned the bronze medal for California during the Winter Season. The Symphonic Band made a statement by scoring unanimous superior ratings for the second straight year in a row. Perhaps the most prestigious recognition, however, is yet to come when the Spirit Band & Guard travels to Londons for the 2013 New Years Day Parade, a celebration that will bring to a close Queen Elizabeth IIs Diamond Crown Jubilee. For the next two years the Spirit Band & Guard will be performing original music by Temecula resident and Band Director, Randy
Dulaney. In celebration of the upcoming 10 year anniversary (201314), the music will be focused on local history. This year the Spirit Band & Guard performs music based on the Native American creation story. The show entitled Temeeku, will have three movements: Father Night Sky; Earth Mother; and Union Temeeku. Be sure to listen & watch for elements of the show at each of the home games. The Spirit Band & Guard look forward to a great fall season with Coach Robinson & The Varsity Wolf Pack Football Team. Finally, a Great Oak thank you, goes out to President Ann Shaw and our incredible Band Boosters; the football team; the Football Boosters; The Pep Squad and Dance Team; the GO Step Team and their booster groups for your continuous support of The Spirit of Great Oak Band & Guard. We are so proud to be a part of the Great Oak community. Cheers!
