Zivylin LLC is a multinational agency situated as a legal entity within United
States,organized under Statute Segment [Vt. Stat. Ann. Tit. 11, ch. 21] in the State
of Vermont, United States of America.

Integrity as unequivocal and total to his own, making him, the embodiment of
‘Zivylin’-the promissory and Executive Agency, wherever he may be found to deliver
or transact its commerce.

exclusive and personable point of contact, as well as in houses of reciprocal ‘clubs’

Practical Execution will be entertained once involvees and signatories transact this
Provisional Deed and Proposal, and empower it to serve as ‘acting Policy and
Design’, as may be requested, serve further and wider relevance, or be of benefit to
the client, so called, C/o Negociant- Tarik Peat, for the Scheduled Development of
‘Cliodna Physiokrafts’, whose relations with I, Alexander K. Rai, is to be facilitated,
transacted, and at times objectified by the individual Tarik Peat, whose person is to
serve as the instrument of enacting this deed into full purview of the said client.
May no conclusive actions be entertained by either parties until official deeds and
letters are signed and affixed terms substantially discussed, and rendered into full
review of Reason, Accord, and Strategem, as they in so doing, may benefit best the
retaining client, as well as the general cause of International Free Enterprise and
Individual Excellence and its necessary Liberties. This is a Provisional Deed only,
and serves merely as an Executive Overview of a Proposal, whose actual Deed will
be far more exacting, detailed, mulilateral, engaging, and comprehensive.
