8 oz. pasta , uncooked 1 lb. medium shrimp , cleaned 2 cups cut-up fresh asparagus (1-inch lengths) 1 Tbsp. oil 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing grated peel and juice from 1 medium lemon 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Meanwhile, cook and stir shrimp and asparagus in hot oil in large skillet 5 to 7 min. or until shrimp turn pink and asparagus is crisp-tender. Add dressing, lemon peel and juice; stir. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Add pasta and reserved cooking liquid to skillet; stir gently. Sprinkle with the cheese.

VARIATION
Substitute scallops for the shrimp. Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, cook and stir scallops and asparagus in hot oil in large skillet 5 to 7 min. or until scallops are opaque and asparagus is crisp-tender. Add dressing, lemon peel and juice, then continue as directed.
