Kitchen

at fridge location the side cladding installed requires some bracing to improve stability complete and make good grout finish at window jamb make good finish to broken wall tile at switch.

EXTERNAL
Rainwater Downpipes rainwater pipe terminated at building foundation wall should be extended with bends away from the building into side drains downpipe connection at the northeast corner of the building should be made good for water discharge into pvc pipe Access ramp the access ramp slope of 1:2 is to seep; the accepted gradient is 1:10 or maximum 1:8 the ramp should be finished at grade level and not with a riser Plumbing pipe grey water pipes exposed at grade to be buried at least 12 below grade, or ground level be raised 12 with selected backfilled material

grey water pipes should have a minimum 2% fall

Make good to broken tile edge and complete joint with grout

Clean and remove all stain on wall tiles surface

remove paint marks; varnish and make good finish

Improve wall surface preparation at lamp and make good paint finish

Remove paint marks on lamp holder

Remove paint from upper strike plate

Install lower strike plate for dead bolt lock

Make good to ceramic tile surface at light switch

Make good finish to grout at window jamb

The slope to this ramp exceeds the minimum slope of 1:10

The exposed grey water pipes are required to be buried

Remove downpipe and make good connection to discharge water

Provide for rainwater downpipes to run away from buildings foundation to drain
