This is an excellent summer-time dessert. It was a sinch to make and my family, including a 13 year old son, a 12 year old daughter and a picky husband, just loved it. We had it after a steak barbeque and it was deliciously cool, on a searing hot day, and was just enough to satisfy. Well done Kraft

This recipe is a wonderful end to a meal. The lemonaid adds a nice tartness to the frozen yogurt! I will be making this again although next time I will use a different bottom! The family loved it!

trxiliann Mon Aug 01 2005 23:00:00 GMT-0600 (MDT)

This is a lovely, refreshing, *easy* recipe that is absolutely perfect for a hot, summer day. I bought a large container of frozen yogurt which, with the lemonade concentrate made 2 pies....awesome to have in the freezer! Now...I wonder how it would be with lime?

Annette Mon Aug 01 2005 23:00:00 GMT-0600 (MDT)

I tried this recipie the other evening when I had a business meeting at my home. I had doubled it and used oink lemonade with non-fat frozen yogurt and put it in a spring form pan. What a hit!! Tonight I have made it with frozen limeade for a different twist.

Loved this dessert, it was so refreshing and light after a big BBQ. Its even better the next day!!

kimmerlawlor Wed Aug 10 2005 23:00:00 GMT-0600 (MDT)

What a lovely dessert! So simple to make, and very refreshing. Presents well. I would cut squares a little smaller, though, next time. I have always thought that it would be nice to have a couple of pans of squares in the freezer. These frozen recipes are so simple, my freezer will be stocked!!! Thank you What's Cooking Mag.!

An awesome dessert and so easy to make. I've made it as a birthday cake twice and both times there weren't any leftovers.

Yummy!

LoreneMeyer Wed Aug 10 2005 23:00:00 GMT-0600 (MDT)

Quick and tasty. Definitely needs the lemon peel for that extra zing.

We really liked this dessert. I have made it twice and will again.

shirleo Wed Oct 12 2005 23:00:00 GMT-0600 (MDT)

This was a great summer dessert! Nice and light, a perfect ending to a BBQ. The second time I made it I added a touch of yellow food colouring just to make the lemonade part stand out a bit more. I also preferred having one solid layer of Cool Whip on top rather than a dollop - I made it both ways. Can't wait to make it again at the cottage!

I've made this twice now with rave reviews each time. It's very easy. The finished product looks good and tastes great. A super light dessert after a big 'holiday' meal.

I made this dessert for friends. They all loved it asked for the recipe. Great hit!

inwoods Wed May 17 2006 07:20:01 GMT-0600 (MDT)

Using a ready made crust saves a great deal of time and its easy to transport and cut. Also adding a drop of food colouring makes it fun for the kids.

camjoejan Wed May 17 2006 16:49:31 GMT-0600 (MDT)

I absolutely love this little recipe. Anything a bit 'tangy' is even better than chocolate.

newfiemarg2@yahoo.ca Sat May 20 2006 08:41:16 GMT-0600 (MDT)

It was delicious, light and refreshing and sweet and tart all at the same time. i added the whole can of frozen lemonade.

Delicious, refreshing and so easy to make. I love recipes that use ingredients that you usually have on hand.

laurieflan@hotmail.com Sun May 21 2006 12:47:30 GMT-0600 (MDT)

I made this for a family BBQ and everyone raved about it. My aunt, who is visiting from England, is going to see if she can get the ingredients to make it for everyone over there!

jatwork@shaw.ca Thu May 25 2006 15:25:32 GMT-0600 (MDT)

I didn't like the crunchiness in my mouth, not a smooth texture. I couldn't get the frozen vanilla yogurt so went with vanilla yogurt - don't know if this made a difference in texture. Took it to a lady's group, they thought it was good. I felt I needed to scrape it and beat it again as you would with ice cream made in the freezer.

shirlean@telus.net Tue May 30 2006 09:46:20 GMT-0600 (MDT)

This was so easy and delicious. I even made it with soy ice cream and it still tasted good. I even added a little food coloring to make it purple, at the request of my daughters and they thought that was fun! I also made purple lemonade with the leftover concentrate which they enjoyed as well.
