Work Experience
November 2013 Present, Stage One Services, Portsmouth Responsible for setting up the stage, sound and lighting at the Portsmouth or Southampton Guildhall arena before a live performance. Responsible for then taking down the stage, sound and lighting after a live performance.

Profile
I am currently a third year student at the University of Portsmouth studying an Entertainment Technology BSC honours degree. I have a real passion for the media industry and I would love to be given an opportunity to display my skills in this industry.

These units are the most relevant to the industries that I wish to break into. Through these units I have acquired skills in:

Develop my skills in several different kinds of media software and hardware such as a wide range Adobe products and the use of HD cameras. Strengthened my skills in video editing by creating my own videos through the use of Avid Media Composer. Gain an understanding in how a radio station is successfully run. Work independently setting my own deadlines and managing workloads. Team collaboration and leadership from participation in a series of work projects where I have been required to work in groups of 3-7 fellow students.

Skills
I am doing voluntary work for the Grass Roots Football show in which I started out as a commentator/reporter before moving onto being part of the marketing and production team in which I was responsible for making people aware of what the show is and when it is on as well as producing the live show and going out filming features for the show

2009 2011 Luton Sixth Form College, Luton Double distinction grade in Travel and Tourism BTEC national certificate A level grade C in Media Studies.

2004 2009 Putteridge High School, Luton 9 GCSEs grades C-D in Mathematics, English Literature, English Language, Science, Business Studies, Information Technology, Religious Studies, Physical Education and History. End of year awards for good progress in Science and highly commended in Religious Studies.
