(This column was published in the North Shore News on Sept. 13, 2000) New RCMP commissioner no political patsy By Leo Knight SATURDAY'S editorial in the National Post suggests newly appointed RCMP Commissioner Giuliano "Zack" Zaccardelli's comments at a press conference last week were alarmist. To a point they are correct. But, when Zack told the country that our sovereignty is under threat from elements of organized crime trying to corrupt our political system, he was right on the money. The fact that he could not or would not provide the assembled media hordes with specifics to back his claim is incidental to his position and should not be construed by the National Post or anyone else as anything other that what was intended.

I would like to inform you that Organized Crime is well embedded in the political and legal system as you predicted, with the cooperation of the RCMP under the new Commissioner William Elliot who is under the Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day along with the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, Robert Nicholson under the Prime Minister Stephen Harper who is linked to Brian Mulroney/Schreiber. On November 8 2007 I filed a complaint with the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP complaining 2 members of the RCMP refused to investigate the Government corruption and conspiracy evidence published on my web site: http://groups.google.com/group/guardians-of-the-canadians-charter-of-rights-andfreedoms www.Frank13.com On the same date they forwarded the complaint to the RCMP Commissioners office On November 16 2007 I received acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint from the Professional Standards Unit of the RCMP and according to the RCMP Act I, as I was informed by the Complaints Commission the RCMP Commissioner was required to report to me by December 16 2007 but he has failed to do so being no surprise.

I believe Stephen, Robert, Stockwell and William are stymied at the moment but will orchestrate their way out of this eventually having full control over the legal and political arena in Organized Criminal fashion. I am of the opinion if this story was published it would be the beginning of the end of Government Organized Crime and the beginning of a real life for the moral majority under a restructured legal system consistent with the Constitution conducive to the individuals guaranteed Charter rights. I and the moral majority would appreciate your cooperation in this endeavor.
