Technical Training Liaison Revamped training academy to utilize a structured system approach to developing training which included analyzing, designing, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). Marketed the new process within DOE and other government agencies. Liaison between all levels of government to ensure consistency in emergency response training across agencies. Implemented the usage of instructional system design (ADDIE) and evaluation techniques (Kirkpatricks) to ensure training was instructionally sound and effective. Created and managed an instructor certification program. Within two years of creation, turned the training program from being in the red to a profit margin of 40%.
