I have suffered chronic back pain and flare-ups of intense pain for 30 years. I used to wake up several times a night
and have to change positions because of pain. A year and a half ago an MRI showed I had a herniated disk and arthritis
in my lower back. I also have arthritis in both hips.
Shortly after I received my order of RESTORE! and started taking it, I had an appointment with my chiropractor, and he
commented that my back was more flexible than it had been in a long time. Later that evening I noticed that I wasn't

I have a loose bone chip and am missing cartilage in my knee. I have been told by three separate orthopedic surgeons

I have had a rotator cuff problem on my right side for some time. There were times when I could not raise my right arm
to get my shirt or dress off. Just a couple of months on RUN!, and I no longer have a problem in my shoulder!
I also have arthritis and carpel tunnel in my left hand that would sometimes bring tears to my eyes. The pain is much
more manageable now that I am taking RUN! Also affected by RUN! is the tension in my neck (from stress and standing
in heels) and a herniated disk both in my neck and lower back. I used to be in such pain from a day of showing real
estate or standing to do an open house. No longer!
My workouts are more productive because I am able to do more. Lately the weather outside has been so nice that I have

In a prior millennium, when I was young, I used to wrestle in High School and College. That was pretty super if you
leave out the forever -since -then- injury results. My knee was torn up so much that I had two separate surgeries,

12-year old around Disney World, I would often have to put a temporary damper on by NEEDING a rest. (Not fun for a

I have been taking RESTORE! since it was first introduced in July (it is now late September). I am 67 years old and
depsite my best intentions, at times my mind does not work like I want it to.
My children have often told me I can "hide my own Easter Eggs". Well, guess what? Since I have been taking RESTORE! I
am hiding those Easter Eggs but now finding 7 out of 12. That just a fancy way of saying my mind is clearer than its

that my cuticles were very healthy looking. I inherited from my father a cuticle problem that has caused breaking,

I have been taking the RESTORE! product for 2 months. I have been reading and hearing about the benefits of
Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and all the anti-aging benefits it provides, but I had never tried it. When Nussentials came out
with a liquid ( I have a hard time swallowing pills) I started taking it. What I had hoped would happen is that my facial
lines would improve, but I got so much more that I bargained for.
I have had a patch of skin on my leg (about 4 inches long and 3 inches wide) that the doctors decided was either
Psoriasis or Eczema, they couldn't really figure out which, but I have been dealing with this unsightly, itchy mess for
over 6 years.
About 2 weeks ago I started noticing that it had greatly improved. The raised, scaly, red patches were reducing, and
now two weeks later, it is barely viable with no itching. I am also comfortable not wearing make up because my face is

I wanted to tell you about my wonderful experience with Nussentials products. I have to say I am in LOVE with the
RESTORE! product. I was on it for about 30 days when someone from work asked me if I had taken Botox shots! All the
fine lines around my eyes had completely disappeared and my (very deep) forehead wrinkle was fading. (She is using
RESTORE now!) And after two months my forehead wrinkle has almost completely diminished.
At six weeks of use, my hands began to look younger. I hadn't noticed till my manicurist pointed it out and wanted to
know what I was doing. (She is using RESTORE now.) That was a very unexpected surprise as you know we women can
tell each other's age from our hands, now with my face looking so good and my hands rejuvenated, no one can tell that
I'll be 50 on my next birthday!
I also am a big fan of the RUN!. I had major back surgery November 2006 and due to a fusion, am not allowed to take
Ibuprofen. Since I had rods implanted along my spine, I can't bend either -- so my knees were really taking a beating as
I have to bend at the knees, not at the waist. I was having pain using the exercise bike which is my only form of intense
aerobic exercise. Well, since using RUN!, I am pain free.
Lastly, I am a LESS success as well. I have lost weight as the whey protein keeps me full all day. I don't do well with
protein drinks with fiber (nasty bloating) but LESS! fills me without any gastrointestinal side effects. I love the taste and
have fun inventing recipes.

My granddaughter was recently diagnosed with "Perthes Disease", a degenerative disease that affects the bone in joints,
particularly the hip. In her last xray's, the hip bone (the ball and socket) appeared "moth-eaten" due to bone loss.
She was in so much pain that she had to be carried up the stairs (rather than walk) and playing was just beyond her.
She is 3 years old. God, it is hard to see someone so young in such pain. Nine days in the hospital and the best they
could tell us was glucosamine and chondriotin might help, add calcium to her diet and consider putting her in casts to
immobilize the hip joints.
I was a woman on a mission to get these essential supplements into her little body, but do you have any idea how hard
it is? Pills were out. So I tried adding RUN! capsules to her juice mix and freezing them into popcicles. No dice,
popcicles were "gritty". Added MORE! to yogurt and blended fruit and froze those. Nope, still too gritty for the tastes of
a three year old.
Then I tried adding RESTORE! to her juice (as well as MULTI!, but that is another story). After only a few days, she was
laughing and playing again. After a little over a month, she and I race up the stairs (and she wins!). She has a follow up
appointment with the hospital in a few weeks, and I can't wait to see the new xrays.

I used to love and crave cookies - everyone called me a "Cookie Monster." I lived for Girl Scout season and would buy
Biscotti cookies by the POUND – just for myself! Well two weeks on MORE! and I no longer have those cravings for
sugar - the MORE! has stabilized my blood sugar painlessly, I don't even miss them! I have cookies in my freezer I
haven't touched for months!
I had high cholesterol (334 to be exact) as does Sean, my son, my Dad, my brother and my Mom; it was running
rampant in our family. My Mom has had five bypasses. So I am so thankful for Nussentials and their wonderful
products that allow me to take care of myself now, so I am not on the operating table in the future.

I have been a diabetic for 35+ years, and you can not imagine how many things I have tried over the years to get my
blood sugar under control. My doctor has tried several different types of insulin, adjustments in diet, supplements, you
name it, I've tried it all.

Update: 10.11.2007 Visited my doctor on the 10th of October and she was amazed. She also lowered my insulin intake
by another 2 units! That's a total of 9 unit reduction, feeling back in my feet and legs and in the 4 months taking
MORE!, my highest sugar level was 360 -- that's down from 550+!
Update 1.20.2008 MORE! saved my life this week. Due to an accident at the doctor's office, I was given the wrong
type of insulin and told to take 30 units (down 2 more from last visit). This type of insulin is not time released -- it is
used to dramatically reduce blood sugar levels in the event it exceeds 250. 5 units of this type of insulin reduces your
blood sugar by 100 points! I took (as directed) 30 units after lunch. I dropped into a coma on the floor of the bank
where I work. The paramedics had trouble getting an IV in my arm because my veins collapsed, so it was sometime
before they were able to administer glucose to bring my sugar levels back up. The amount of insulin I took was the
amount to take if I wanted to reduce my blood sugar 600 points.
I believe if I hadn't been taking the MORE! regularly and hadn't just had a large lunch, I wouldn't be here to tell others
how much MORE! helps. So, thank you Nussentials! You saved my life this week.

About 4 years ago my 13 year old daughter was diagnosed with narcolepsy. She is on medication, and has been for
years, but recently I started including your products ALERT and LESS, and I have noticed a real change in her.
She is awake more during the day, even after cutting out her 2nd dose of medicine; we are getting more of her. With 2
doses of her prescribed stimulant she may stay awake while in school, but after school, riding the bus home and doing

I have forever been on a diet. I was always chasing the Great American Dream of being lean and mean, I had bought
into the advertising campaigns that thin is more beautiful, and I wanted it.
I had and have been on every diet that is out there. I am sure that many of them affected my health, as well as my self
esteem (imagine being on a date in a fabulous restaurant and wanting to weigh your food or see if its the size of a fist.)
I even went to a weight loss class where if you 'gained' weight you were given a skunk to hold for the duration of the
class (they thought that by the negative association you would 'be better' next week. I paid every week to have people
weigh me, and I was 'so good' only to get no results. I always tettered with 15-40 extra pounds and I was so
determined to get them off.
When LESS was introducted to me, in essense, I was done. I was just starting to resolve that those extra pounds would
never be removed (I did hold the line that I wouldn't have surgery-the only last resort), and I had started trying to live
with that. But, on the urging of a very good friend of mine, who also happens to be a doctor, I decided to 'give one last
thing a try'.
What really inspired me was that the first day I was not hungry, and that I had great energy. Every day after that I was
less hungry, and ate 'normal lunches and dinners' perhaps to try and prove this not working. But at the end of the first
7 days, I had a substantial weight loss. I thought it was just water weight, but continued the next week to have it
instead of my breakfast, and low and behold, at the end of the next 7 days, I again had a substantial weight loss, and
things were starting to feel 'loose'.
I continued because it gave me back a normal lifestyle of being able to dine out many meals and I am currently down
31 pounds in a substantially short period of time, but I was not hungry - and I have the support of the LESS call every
Tuesday to voice my concerns, and thoughts, and successes, and hear fabulous tips about recipes for the drink and

I have taken protein shakes of some sort or fashion for probably over 15 years as part of my weight loss and
maintenance program. When I decided to switch over to Nussentials' LESS! (which I use with the MORE!), I was

Being 25 years old I naturally have a thing for energy drinks. Not only do I like the way they taste, but also in my

I am a single Mom, grandmother of 2 toddlers (ages 3 and 1), software developer, network marketer, business
entrepreneaur and avid reader. In other words, I burn the candle at both ends -- daily.
Most mornings I was starting my day with a Redbull, and then drinking caffiene (coffee, soda, iced latte's) all day, every
day to stay "afloat". See, without the extra caffiene during the day, my crash after the Redbull would drive my

I have always loved to burn candles because of the welcoming atmosphere it creates.
I went to a soy candle class at Carolyn Beck's house and learned the difference between paraffin and soy wax. Prior to
that time I really never thought about it. Wax was wax. I didn't like the look of the soot that appeared on the candle
container but thought there was nothing I could do about that, other than wipe it off regularly. (I didn't stop to think
about the soot that was on the container was also going into my lungs, and little did I know that it was toxic).
Once I learned the benefits of soy candles I replaced my paraffin candles with the soy because I didn't want my family
and friends exposed to toxins and carcinogens while at my home.
The personal health benefit to me was an unexpected blessing. I had migraine headaches for years. I got two to three
migraines a month (occassionally four), and was totally out of commission when they occurred. I initially took
prescription medication that didn't help much, so I was taught how to give myself a shot of medication that would go
directly into my blood stream. It did relieve the pain, but I still was not functional for at least a day.
