Services limited to MARSHALL COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY. Businesses must qualify as Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG). A CESQG is a business that does not generate more than 220 lbs. of hazardous waste or 2.2 lbs. of acutely hazardous waste each month, or store more than 2,200 lbs. (approx. 4 - 55 gallon drums) of hazardous waste at any time. Exclusions may apply for universal wastes. We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or frequency of visits. Although we do not accept explosive waste (such as ammunition, fireworks, or flares), radioactive waste (such as smoke alarms), or controlled substances, residents are encouraged to call our office for disposal guidance. * See back of this page for examples of common hazardous household wastes.
