INSTRUCTION TO BIDDER: For supply and installation of various computing hardware and software at its Mumbai office, IBPS

is seeking service of an outside organization. This RFP will be issued to select an appropriate vendor for supply, installation and commissioning of Desktops, Laptops, Thin clients under buyback and remote desktop licenses in IBPS.

Broad Scope of Work

To Supply and Installation of Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients and Remote desktop license. Installation & Configuration of various softwares like MS office, antivirus, adobe reader, printer, outlook email etc. Migration of user in domain and users data from old computers to new computers. The driver installation, updating and other installation shall also be done from complete functioning of hardware items as per requirements.

Time Lines
The entire setup is expected to be implemented and operationalized within 6 weeks of acceptance of the Purchase Order.

Eligibility Criteria
The invitation to bid is open to all Bidders who qualify the Eligibility Criteria as given below:

The Bidder should be a company registered under Companies Act, 1956 since the last three years. The Bidder should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.10 Cr. in each of the last 3 financial years i.e. 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13. The Bidder should be a profit (profit after tax) making company in the last financial years i.e.; 2012-13. The Bidder should not be currently blacklisted by any bank / institution in India or abroad. The bidder should have corporate Head Office, authorized service centers and service personnel in Mumbai. The bidder should have direct authorization from OEM for selling and supporting the hardware and software offered under this project. The Bidder should provide reference of 3 clients, who have procured more than 150 units (desktops, laptops and thin clients), including installation and support during last two years from the time of submission of bid.

Cost of RFP
The interested Bidders can procure the RFP document on a CD from IBPSs office, IBPS House, 90 ft D.P Road, Kandivili East, Off Western Express Highway, Mumbai - 400101, on payment of non-refundable amount of Rs.3371/- (Rs.3,000 plus taxes), payable in the form of Demand Draft/Pay order from any Scheduled Commercial bank in India favoring INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION payable at Mumbai from 9.30 am of 21st Mar 14 till 6 pm of 02nd Apr 14. RFP document on a CD can be procured from accounts department cashier in IBPS Mumbai office.
