GENERAL TEARMS & CONDUITIONS

Service: - We undertake fully responsibility to provide you continuous round the clock Service (as per your requirement). Strength: - Strength can be increased or decreased as per your requirements by giving us 24 Hrs time period. Uniforms: - Full uniforms including all articles provided by us without any extra cost to you. Checking: - Our Management Staffs will make visit frequently to your well established firm and ensure you that our security staff are always alert on their duties.

 Control: - Our Security staff will be under our direct control and supervision. Replacement: - Any Security staffs are not found suitable to your firm or by us than he/she will be replaced by us immediately, without having to giving you or us any reason. Payment: - Payment of our monthly bill will be highly appreciated, if it is made by 07th of every month or as soon as possible. Requirements: - You have to provide all necessary things like furniture, light, stationeries, raincoat, swatters etc towards our security staffs as per the interest of your firm. Period of Service: - Initially, the security contract will be accepted for minimum period of six months on probation. Thereafter will be renewed for minimum period of one year. Notice period: - For any reasons any party who does not wise to continue the contract period than he/she will have to give one month notice period or pay in return one months payment for the reason to discontinue of security service or service period. Emergency: - We will provide you any numbers of additional force to meet the requirement in emergency like strike, labour troubles, factory shutdown etc and it will considering their expenses, accommodations, foods, service fee Etc on their temporary duties, we will charge emergency duties rate for their arrangements. Revision of Rates: - As per considering the rates of dearness, there are two revisions from
