With all three he should do them a couple times a &ee' at least and &ill be able to perform better especially in the pull/ ups area. 5e needs to be able to do some pull/ups. 3his is an area that he needs to focus on due to the demand of fle!ibility in physical acti2ity and e!ercising. #racticing a fe& times &ee'ly &ill ha2e him more fle!ible. *s long as he is adhering to the abo2e goals he &ill be &or'ing on this at the same time. *fter a fe& &ee's of follo&ing these goals he can assess his @4I. .e/testing &ould be a goal to try for after a fe& &ee's of being this acti2e.
