Construction
Durable cast design housing with connection flanges, rotation component for the diverting of the product flow and pneumatic drive for turning of the rotation pipe in the housing.

Function
The product flow in pneumatic conveying systems is diverted in one of two directions by the Reimelt two way diverter or the product flow from two conveying directions is collected into one conveying line. The diverting of the product flow is achieved by the pneumatic drive which moves the rotational component in the durable housing. One of two predetermined destinations can be selected.

Application area
Used as a diverting and converging element in pneumatic pressure and vacuum conveying systems, as well as diverter stations in the food and chemical industries. For use with hard-tohandle powdery and granular products, with high conveying pressure also useable outdoors.

Housing with cast aluminium construction with connection flanges Rotation component with cast aluminium construction with built-in stainless steel pipe (1.4541) through which the product is conveyed; builtin bearing shafts for the durable central bearings; impact-free flow in the conveying direction; drive of the rotation component by pressurized cylinder. 5/2-Way-solenoid valve 24VDC or special voltages Limit switch for electrical remote display or switching Electro-pneumatic drive (air pressure 6 bar).
