Eligibility..Must have an established GHIN 18-hole handicap for 2-Person Best Ball. Open to women 18 years of age and over. Must live within a 30-mile radius of Lincoln Entry Deadline..Friday, June 13, 2014 Schedule18-hole rounds of golf each day - Tee times beginning at 8:00 AM. If you are playing the 2Person Best Ball Team Event only, play is Friday & Saturday. Sunday will be the final round for those entering the Stroke Play Event. Banquet Banquet at Yankee Hillfollowing play of final group Sunday at approximately 2:30 pm. All participants are invited to the Banquet for lunch, prizes and awards. Stroke Play.Prizes and trophies in each flight only if you elect the 3-day stroke play Stroke Play Medalist....Given to the player with the lowest gross score after the first day of play only if you elect the 3-day stroke play Senior Medalist........Given to the senior player (55+) with the lowest gross score after the first day of play only if you elect the 3-day stroke play 2-Person Best BallPrizes available for low net best ball for the two-day event - 80% of handicap (maximum of 32 strokes given)

Please fill out the form attached and mail WITH ENTRY FEE before June 13th. Entries postmarked after that date will be accepted on a space available basis, up to 80 golfers. No entries will be accepted after June 20th. You have 3 options - you may enter as a single and participate in the Stroke Play Tournament - OR - bring a partner and enter the 2-Person Best Ball Event ONLY or play in the Best Ball and the Stroke Play Tournament. If you are entering as a team in the Best Ball, BOTH names must be on one form and payment for BOTH players must be included. ONE OR BOTH PARTNERS CAN ALSO PLAY THE 3-DAY STROKE PLAY EVENT TOO. These events are held simultaneously Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Carts are optional and cart fees can be prepaid below or can be paid daily at each course.
