Coordinates yearlong student leader training and development program, called LEEP, for various student leader groups which focus on forming moral, responsible and consciences community members. TEACHING EXPERENCE THE COLLEGE OF NEW ROCHELLE, New Rochelle, NY INS Lab 110 Facilitator: First Year Experience September 2012-Present Created and facilitated weekly lectures throughout the fall terms on behalf of the Student Services Division Topics ranged from Myers Briggs personality assessment, study skills and effective collegiate communication techniques. Cohort ranged from 12-20 first year students. First year student cohorts also meet weekly with faculty members as part of this course requirement. Developed first year mentor leadership position, assigning mentors to the first year students to help acclimate them to the College. Offered students a range of opportunities to get involved in campus life by developing and promoting events in the classroom and with calendars.
