At the Maidenhead Thicket junction, where the A404(M) goes under the A4, turn towards Maidenhead along the A4 Bath Road and keep going through the town centre until the Ray Mead Road roundabout (the A4094). Turn left into Ray Mead Road and then after about half a mile turn left into Ray Mill Road East (opposite the small track over Boulters Lock gates).
