Terms and Conditions

Franchisee is given on Monopoly basis. All prices are ex-depot at Zirakpur/Ex-factory at Baddi. Freight is payable by franchisee on actuals. Rates are inclusive of excise duty, if any and all other taxes (VAT,CST etc) applicable will be charged extra. For interstate sale, billing will be done @ 2% against advance C-Form. Or else CST equal to VAT will be charged and the difference in CST @ 2% and the VAT charged will be reimbursed if the C-Form is received within the same quarter in which the purchase has been made. Payment should be made by DD/cheque in favour of Salveo Lifecare payable at Chandigarh/thru NEFT to our bank accounts. Bank Charges for payment made at franchisee location by way of direct payment deposit in our account are to be borne by franchisee. Therefore we suggest - pl make payments thru NEFT. All transactions are subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction. Goods are sold on Non-Returnable basis. Returns if any as special case, will be at 50% the cost. Claims against expiry/breakages/pilferage during transit etc, if any will not be entertained. We take utmost care in packing and ensuring that the goods supplied are absolutely in perfect condition. All the rates mentioned above are against advance payment. Credit facility can be provided after three months of franchisee starting business with us. We will require one security cheque to be provided to us. Rates are subject to revision due to unforeseen hike in the prices of raw material or other conditions beyond the control of company. Usually, minor hikes in the cost of raw material will be absorbed at our end. We have policy of giving one visual aid free of cost on first purchase of 25000 and one bag is given free on an additional purchase of 25000. However, if the value of first order of franchisee is less than 25000, we can give the bag and VAF against a deposit of 1500 each and the same is reimbursed to franchisee on their reaching the figure of 25000 and 50000. The Franchisee will be eligible to get package tour for two persons at the end of 12 months provided they make a purchase of not less than 1200000 INR on net rates that means the rates at which The Franchisee is making payment to The Company and exclusive of taxes.
