Antibes Holiday shall send the rental agreement (lease) upon receipt of the deposit; the tenant will need to print two copies and submit them on the day of arrival. Without contradiction from the tenant within 7 days of receipt of the contract, it shall be considered as agreed and validated. No contract shall be sent without receiving the deposit fixed by Antibes Holiday

GENERAL CONDITIONS This lease is subject to acceptance of common terms and those below. Under penalty of damages and cancellation of the lease without refund of deposit.

A) The time of arrival is set at 16H00 (unless otherwise agreed by Antibes Holiday) Departure time is set to 10H (unless otherwise agreed by Antibes Holiday)

B) The tenant agrees to occupy/live on the premises personally, to be a good tenant and a good neighbour . The number of people indicated on the contract should remain the same All facilities are in working order and any complaint must be made within 24 hours of arrival otherwise it will not be accepted and will be considered as damages done by the tenant.

C) An inventory of fixtures will be made upon arrival and a copy (attached to the contract ) will be given to the tenant. If applicable, the owner or his representative shall be entitled to claim from the lessee at departure the total value/cost for the replacement of items, furniture or equipment broken, cracked or damaged during the rental, floors, bedding ... etc. .

D) The property shall be rented in an immaculately clean condition, the tenant agrees to take care of the property during their stay, and return it in a clean condition , otherwise a cleaning fee of 50 will be deducted from the security deposit.

E) The deposit must be paid in cash on the day of arrival and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures

F) The property is rented on a seasonal basis and must be suitable for all tenant, for that reason it is a non-smoking area , it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside.

G) For booking cancellation of the customer, the deposit is non-refundable. AH undertakes to reimburse the deposit in case of an error on his part. AH reserves itself the right to cancel the lease with no refund if this contract is not respected.

H) The tenant agrees to insure himself against all risks ( fire , water damage ... ) . As well as civil liability.

I) In case of dispute, the court of the lessors home shall have sole jurisdiction. This present contract is subject to French law
