Since April 2013 till date: As Senior consultant and advisor to various clients in India, assisting them with Design and Project management, Contracts and dispute resolution, advice on evolving new construction techniques for a cost effective, quality construction product; delivered with speed. Year 2010 till 2013 As Senior Vice President Contracts and Procurement with K. Raheja Corp, leading real estate developers in India Responsible for structuring, documenting, negotiating and award, construction contracts and utilities covering elevators, air conditioning chillers, Generators etc. approximately valued at IRS 7.5 billion every year. The responsibilities also covered resolving contract disputes/glitches and claim assessment Year 2005 till 2010 As Vice President - Projects, with Inorbit malls India Pvt Ltd, Group company of K. Raheja Corp Successfully executed from concept to commissioning Shopping malls and mixed use developments totally aggregating high value retail space/hotel premises of about four million sq.ft in western and southern regions of India. Raheja Corps five star Hotel at Mumbai India Managed the entire construction activities from piling to polishing including MEP and intricate ID works, landscaping, Swimming Pool etc. of this Greenfield project involving 179 service apartments, Mumbais largest Convention Center & 288 rooms deluxe hotel, totally aggregating 50,000sq.m in area, on the scenic location of Powai lake called Renaissance and being managed by Marriott.
