ADVICE/NASEEHA

Writer: Abu Ubaidha Al Hindi Publisher: Al Isabah Media Production

And remember Allah took a Covenant from the People of the Book to make it known and clear to mankind and not to hide it; but they threw it away behind their backs and purchased with it some miserable gain! And vile was the bargain they made! (3:187) All praise be to Allah and may peace and blessings be upon our leader Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions. Indeed there is a great responsibility upon the Scholars of the Muslims and their great propagators. The Ummah is in great need of direction in these gloomy times in which it is facing some dangerous and critical issues. Allah commanded them to speak about these types of issues and warned those who keep silent about the truth. Allah (swt) said:

Those who conceal the clear (Signs) We have sent down and the guidance after We have made it clear for the people in the book, on them shall be Allah's curse and the curse of those entitled to curse. (2.159) With respect to this, I would like to mention some words of advice for myself and the readers, and to free myself from blame in front of Allah. These people who have taken control of the affairs of the Muslims, whether kings, leaders or presidents, are not fit to lead the Ummah. They are not fit enough to shepherd a flock of sheep, let alone a billion Muslims. They aren't fit to run a business, let alone control the resources of the richest nations of the Earth. They aren't fit to run a construction firm, let alone a nation stretching from China to the Islamic Maghreb, to control its strategic regions, its main international trade routes, and the world's most important water straits. This incompetency and corruption of the leaders places more responsibility on the shoulders of the scholars of providing guidance for the Ummah. Where are the words we hope for in these troubled times O scholars of Islam?! In Yemen, for example, poverty, illiteracy, tribal warfare, and Iranian political influence and the spread of their deviant and foreign creed is all on the rise, not to mention their humiliating subservience to the government and their embarrassing collaboration with the US. The South complains of oppression and suppression, coupled with complete neglect of the government towards the people's rights. What is the role of the scholars in ending this deteriorating situation, which is ominous of the threats the Yemeni President made to his people, that the people of Yemen will start to fight each other in every street and alley, while he finishes off what is left of the country's wealth and takes off with his comrades, while the country falls into a civil war. I mentioned rising poverty, unemployment and tribal enmity as examples of problems which the scholars should be addressing, but what is worse than all this is the Western financed American plans being implemented by the Yemeni government to distance people from their religion through various

means, from feminist projects to changing the educational curriculum to forming relationships with key social figures to train them for their future agency duties towards fulfilling American agenda. And don't forget the vicious attacks against the correct understanding of Jihad and its true meaning, while proposing an amputated and incomplete form of Islam which is subservient to American plans. All this is occurring in front of our very own eyes and ears. There must be some counter measures organized and led by scholars to explain what people find confusing. As for the South, we pose the question: Why does the government deal with such Israeli barbarism with those who demand their rights in the South? Tanks pound homes in Dali, while on the streets of Aden, Lahj and Had harm out, the soldiers spray civilians with live bullets like Zionist Jews, paying no regard to the sanctity of Muslim blood. O scholars of Yemen! Where do you fall in all this? Where do you fall in regards to the missile strikes against the people? In whose interests were these strikes carried out? Were they not in the interests of America? The rulers have gone astray, and there is no hope in them. The tear is too large to be mended. They have gone too far astray and fallen too deep for recovery. All this makes the role of the scholars ever so important. They remain silent only to preserve a Center, or a TV program. Is this more important than standing up for the truth and preservation of the greater interests of the Ummah? Is it more important than calling the Ummah to protect themselves from the American colonial plans? An Australian woman came to learn the truth of Islam and so accepted it. Then she learnt that it was Yemen which was the land of the Ansar who helped Islam, and so she emigrated there with her two children to live amongst the Muslims and to raise her children in an Islamic atmosphere. She was a Muhajir in the Cause of Allah, leaving the joys of this worldly life behind her for Allah. How many Muslim women run behind the joys of this world, seeking husbands who will take them away from Muslim lands to the West to enjoy this fleeting and deviating World. As for Umm Umar, she left the comfortable life of Australia to live in Yemen for the sake of her religion. At the request of the Australian government, the US intelligence ordered the Yemeni government to arrest her, so it rushed to fulfil its request, placing

her children, all under six, under house arrest, doing even more than what the US and Australia ordered them, becoming more tyrannical than the tyrant, more Christian than the crusader, and more Zionist than the Jew. As for the sister, they interrogated her six hours a day while standing, hoping to find any information with which they can gain more favor of the US, their master. Sister Umm Umar said to them, I am a woman. I came to Yemen as a Muhajir in the Cause of Allah, and you are my Ansar (Helpers). The interrogator responded, we are Nasaaraa (Christians), not Ansar (Helpers)! O scholars of Yemen! Rather, o scholars of the Muslim world! Does your daughter Umm Umar not deserve even a word in her defense? What is this silence?! What is amazing is that Umm Umar had ties to an educational facility of the most influential scholars of Yemen and the closest of them to this proxy government, but despite this fact, they did not even brother to use this influence to free their sister who implored them, thus helping her, become an obligation upon them. They only turned their backs and deserted her. Yesterday, they deserted men, and today they desert women. Leave your cloaks of Dawah and stay in your homes! This is better for you than to come to the forefront claiming knowledge and Dawah when it is in our own personal interests, but then run and hide underneath the table when this Dawah requires a solid and truthful stance from you! O scholars of Islam! Islam has enjoined obedience to those in authority to protect Islam. What if those in authority are the ones fighting Islam?! Does it make sense that Islam would enjoin obedience to those who spend all efforts fighting Islam? Islam has enjoined obedience to those in power to protect and defend the Muslims. But what if those in power are themselves the ones fighting their own people in the interests of the enemy? Islam has enjoined obedience to those in authority to protect the secrets of the Muslims which the enemy continually tries to uncover. What if those in authority are the ones spying on the Muslims in the interest of the enemy?! What if those in authority are the ones who work as spies for the US?! From these rulers are those who have stolen Muslim wealth in the billions in the

name of defense. But when the time comes for the army to fulfil its role of defending the Muslims this army is found incapable of fulfilling this role. If they cant defend the Muslims, let him step aside and leave the job of governance for those who can. Those who are more able than them to guard the Ummah and defend it, calling it to rise after decades of Western extortion and agent governments are the Mujahideen, hammered and shined by years of war and battle. Our brothers of the Mujahideen Youth Movement in Somalia have proved their ability to govern the affairs of a nation according to the Shariah, while the Taliban in Afghanistan are teaching hard lessons of resistance and battle to the strongest army of the world, that which our rulers depended on to defend them. Whenever America comes up with some new plan, the chivalrous men of Taliban are quick to foil it. The Muslims today are passing through a dangerous juncture and a critical phase in their history, befitting only of the trustworthy, brave, selfsacrificing, politically tactful, and militarily experienced. These attributes are not found anywhere in those in control of Muslim affairs today, these rulers who have betrayed the trust given to them, are cowardly of the west and courageous against their own people. They are the least willing to give sacrifices, and their political tactfulness is only in the art of treachery and collaboration. They have no military experience. They are not people made for war, but rather people made for palaces and fulfilment of desires. They are betraying us. America and Israel are trying to take control of our Ummah, and soon we will see Iran come into the scene to take its piece of the pie. Today and also tomorrow, none will stand to stop these colonialist plans except the truthful Mujahideen of this Ummah. Today, Iran is the most militarily advanced country in the region. Its scientific ability is more than eleven times the international average, and today, it is at the doorstep of inclusion into the nuclear club. The Iranian leadership does not work for the interests of Islam, as we all know, but rather for their own Persian Rafidite interests and its first victim will be the Sunni people of the Gulf States. Where are you, o Sunni scholars! Just yesterday you were warning us against the Rafidites, but today, some of you publicly call to the obedience of those in authority, even if they are

Rafidites as in the case of Iraq. The enemy is so pleased with you! O Sunni scholars! What are your plans to put a stop the Rafidite expansion taking over the region from Iran to Yemen? By Allah, are those who you claim to be legitimate rulers capable of resisting Iran? Iran spends all Its oil revenue in defense, while you beg protection with the American occupiers from the attacks of the Mujahideen. This is what the US, their agents and their media want. Refuge is sought from Allah from calling to the spilling of Muslim blood! Refuge is sought from Allah from calling to internal strife and wars! Refuge is sought from Allah from calling to the killing of innocents! We only call to the defense of the Muslim Ummah and its resources. We call to the defense of our rights. We call to the establishment of Allah's religion for which He created us. I have only created jinns and men that they may serve me (51.56) We were not created for this world. We were only created for the Hereafter. This world is a place of tests, trials and deeds. O Muslims! Take to this task and worship Allah purely for His sake. Announce your allegiance to Him and the Believers, and your disavowal to the enemies of Allah from the Jews, the Americans and the hypocrites. Let us live under the protective Shariah which came with goodness and not to place undue restrictions on people. He does not want to put you to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful. (2.185) Rib'i bin Amir said when speaking to the Persians about the clarion call of Islam: Allah sent us to take people out of the worship of humans to the worship of the Lord of humans, from the restrictions of this life to the wide expanse of both this life and the next, and from the tyranny of other religions to the justice of Islam.

The world is a place for restrictions for those who do not know about the essence of Islam, but for Muslims it becomes a place for protection. All other religions are tyrannical and oppressive. Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Democracy (which is the religion the West seeks to impose upon us) are all tyrannical and oppressive, by which people are unjust to their own society, while Islam is Just. Giving public speeches is not enough. This matter deserves more than just recording a lecture or printing a book, all of which are hollow words void of any practical use for the Ummah to change and insufficient in this time of ours. This matter requires that we speak out, as well as practically do things. There are certain things that need to be done: First, to give the rulers of the Islamic world their proper and correct descriptions. We must explain to people how greatly they have betrayed the trust which they had to safeguard, and that they are leading the Ummah to its destruction. We must explain how they are only looking out for their own personal interests as well as those of their American masters, and that they are forcing us to succumb to American control. We must explain to them that they are not Muslims, even though they try to prove that they are. Second: There is struggle between Israel and America on one side and Iran on the other for control over Sunni regions. Our rulers have betrayed us until we become spoils of war for the Neo-Byzantines and Neo-Persians. There is no escape for us except to unite under proper leadership, one that strives to serve the interests of the Ummah. Third: We must strive to revive the spirit of Jihad in the Ummah, for it is the only solution for the danger posed to us by the infidels. Allah (swt) has said:

Then fight in Allah's cause thou art held responsible only for thyself and rouse the believers. It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the unbelievers: for Allah is the strongest in might and in punishment. (2.84) Never in history will you find a nation without an army, nor will you find independence and sovereignty except when there was the ability to defend it. If these lackey rulers today who believe that they can only survive with the protection of the US Army, should know that the Sunnis are not weak

and humiliated. They have the ability to defend themselves given the proper Muslim leadership. Verily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily Allah loveth not any that is a traitor to faith or shows ingratitude (22.38) Fourth: we must give the proper guidance to the Ummah, by calling them to the constants and fundamentals of our priorities today, not involving them in things which are less important. We must address sins which are considered infidelity before others, and save our capital before seeking profits. We must unite people in matters which scholars have agreed upon, before those in which they have differed.

The US campaign was indeed vicious. Some tried to resist in the beginning, but when the fight got too tough, they laid down their arms and surrendered, to the extent that one of these people who claims to be a person of knowledge said, No one is left but the Mujahideen. In them there is hope. They are the last lifeline. If it snaps, the Zio-American plans to occupy the entire Islamic world will be fulfilled. They have not launched this campaign against a piece of land, but rather against the entire Ummah. Either we help the Mujahideen and gain everything, or we desert them and lose everything. These rulers fell a long time ago. In fact, they never actually stood with the Ummah. They have been agents since the day they rose to power. However, it seems that many scholars who people look up to in times of crisis have chosen a methodology of ease and safety. The situation today is like that of the people of truth in the time of Jesus, which left no room for any opposition. The Jews and their rabbis submitted, and so Jesus (peace be upon him) came out against them, and none followed him other than the youth. Today, we must firmly settle two matters, or else we will fail. Firstly: Flee from the rulers as you would flee from a leper. Do not side with them. Do not compromise with them. Don't ever expect any good

from them. Don't hope for their reformation. They are like the Dajjal. If you go to them you will be tested and tried, and if you flee from them you will be saved. They do not wish for any good for the Ummah, rather they are part of a conspiracy hatched against us. There is no obedience to them. It follows, naturally, that we try our best to remove them, and that we firmly believe that the Ummah can never move even an inch forward except after their removal. Second: Don't consult with anyone in killing Americans. Fighting Satan does not need any religious verdict, consultation, or prayer for guidance. Fighting them is the obligation of the time. We are two opposites. They seek something which can never come unless we are annihilated. It's a decisive battle. It's the battle of Moses and Pharaoh. It's the Battle of Truth and Falsehood. Finally, the role of religious verdicts is to protect Islam, not the US. The role of religious verdicts is to preserve religious principles, not government officials. The role of scholars is to speak out for the truth, not to patch up the betrayals of the rulers and look for excuses for them whenever they commit some new crime. If a scholar is not able to speak out due to compulsion, we call the Muslims to follow those scholars who don't fear any blame in Allah's Cause. As for those who always make it seem that the rulers are correct and that the Mujahideen have erred, it is they who are the governments scholars, so be careful of them! We ask Allah to make us firm upon the truth, and to allow us to see the truth as the truth, and to guide us to follow it, and to allow us to see falsehood as falsehood, and to guide us to avoid it. All praise is due to Allah, and May peace and blessings be on our leader, Muhammad (saw)
