Responsibilities The Program Manager - Vendor Management Office (VMO) - Offshore of IT Technology Business Operations di ision is responsible for managing and dri ing IT soft!are endors on deli ering all aspects of endor responsibilities" The Program Manager role !ill be based offshore in India to enable !or#ing closely !ith IT soft!are endors" The responsibilities includes but not limited to ensuring !or#ing closely !ith the $B%& IT managers across the different di isions in understanding the needs' challenges !or#ing !ith IT endors and impro ing the e(perience" This role reports to )irector of IT Vendor Management Office (IT VMO) in India" *ualifications+Re,uirements Responsibilities .stablish !ays and means of dri ing operational efficiency from IT endors .nsure agreement for the /01s from the IT Managers" Build strong partnership !ith #ey sta#eholders" &nderstanding of inno ation rele ant to technologies re,uired by the IT di isions" )ri ing offshore endors on the same" Report progress on an agreed rhythm to IT 0eadership' managing e(pectations and see#ing direction to resol e critical issues that may impact the pro2ects Participate and recommend on any of the endor negotiations process including defining /01s !hile collaborating !ith $B%& /ourcing team )ri ing Inno ation !ith the offshore endors" &nderstand the business needs of the IT di isions and dri e technology as !ell as process inno ation !ith the offshore endors" 3ather' analy4e' and report on mar#et intelligence on offshore endors pro iding ser ices in technology areas of interest to the Infrastructure and %orporate /ystems di isions *ualifications+Re,uirements B"1"+B"/" in computer science' engineering' or 567 years of e(perience in progressi ely responsible information technology positions' including minimum of 8 years as a line manager for deli ery of large pro2ects" Bac#ground in soft!are de elopment' applications management' and endor management" PMP certified and+or ITI0 certification in managing Infrastructure ser ices" .(perience in !or#ing !ith senior IT leaders ()irector' VP)' de eloping /O9s and ma#ing recommendations )emonstrated strength in managing teams comprised of di erse IT organi4ations and endors" .(perience !ith endor selection process from gap analysis to contract negotiations" .(perience in dri ing alue adds in endor relationships and resol ing escalations
