How Stress Affects The Body For many years , the human race has been asking themselves

what would happen if someone was to let out the stress they are in . There is lots of advice saying to tell an adult or someone you trust for advice , usually people under stress do not follow that advice , they never tell an adult . This experiment will tell us if our body will react with physical , mental , emotional to stress . to conduct this experiment you will need to follow the following procedure .

Hypothesis: If the human body is under stress, then it will react to the type of stress it is under with physical, mental and emotional responses. Materials needed to conduct the procedure:

1. Stopwatch 2. Notebook for recording and analyzing the result

3. 3 test subjects To conduct this experiment you will need to :

Step 1: Prepare a very hard test to give to the test subject. Step 2: Before starting, ask the subject to rate his stress on a scale from 1-10.

Step 3 : Ask the test subject to sit quietly for five minutes before the test. Step 4 :Ask the test subject to take the test that has been designed . Step 5 : Immediately after the test has been done as the subject to rate their stress level (1-10).

step 6 : Repeat steps 2-5 with another 2 subjects . step 7:Analyze your results , do you notice any difference changes .

How does stress effects human body Can you imagine what life would be like if you were always under stress but you know it would effect your body but you can't let anyone know about it .Well this investigation will show and see how stress can effect the human body . After researching as a group it has been known to us that when you're stressed, the brain's sympathetic nerves signal the adrenal glands to release a chemical variety pack, including epinephrine (aka adrenaline) and cortisol. Persistently high levels of these chemicals may impair learning , we have come up with this experiment

Test Results: Google Science Fair After conducting the experiment, we have noticed a huge difference in our three test subjects stress level. We all know that stress can cause emotional and/or physical feelings. For example, our first test subject, Salman Azhar said he felt like a failure( emotional stress). Salmans stress level was 7 on a scale from 1-10, but after the test, it was a staggering 2 on the same scale. We had two other test subjects who had volunteered to be tested. Our second test subject, Azfaar, had a stress level of 8 on the scale of 1-10 right from the get go. After finishing the test, he said that he wanted to wreck everything in front of his way out the door( physical stress). After the test he also said that writing the test put his stress level to 4 on the same scale. The final test subject, Khalid, had the stress level of 7 before writing the test, but he cooled down and his stress level went all the way down to 4. He had the same reaction to the test as our second subject, and was in the same state of stress, or physical stress. After the conduction of our experiment, our hypothesis stands correct. We conclude that stress does have feelings related to physical and emotional stress, as we had guessed, and that the amount of stress usually varies. Stress can be triggered by many upcoming events, most of which are a test, challenge and certain unobtainable due dates.
