Reading / Writing genre Letter writing Focus words (and meanings) this week: These can be practised for homework, be used to make a picture dictionary, be displayed in the classroom with picture prompts and could be the focus of the first 5 minutes of each lesson along with games and activities which help consolidate understanding of the vocabulary.
