Secondly, the review concisely study the effectiveness of the journals structure, exploring how the facts is set out and whether the person who reads can access it resourcefully. Thirdly, the review will evaluate the journal, evaluating its authority, currency, accuracy, objectivity and coverage. The review will also study about current issues that come up during the beginning of a career as a teacher. According to the journal, Classroom Behaviour Management (CBM) is define as decisive, proactive and preventative teacher behaviour that minimise student misbehaviour and promote student engagement and restore learning environment. Based to the journal, there is problems in CBM preparation for training teacher. A lot of dissatisfaction within pre-service CBM preparation. Essentially, classroom management is a skill that is quite difficult controlled despite many theories and techniques that have been learned by the trainees in university institutes as well as in teaching. If these skills can be mastered and internalized by the teacher, the teaching and learning process in the classroom will be a fun experience. Classroom with students behaves well make the task of teaching "one of the Most wonderful jobs in the world "because every day teacher experience different new experience and different in the classroom.

Trainee teachers often left them confounded while doing practicum (Renard, 2003) and this resulted in frustration and lack of confidence in among trainee teachers in the face of reality in the classroom. The ideas and advice given based on "common sense" and observations and strategies that have been successfully applied in the classroom. According to the recent scenario CBM in pre-service is viewed as one important aspect to ensure teachers preparation in controlling the environment in class. This journal article is based on Web investigation and review from other journal about Classroom Management in teacher preparation programs. This journal specialize to get view and feedback about CBM practice is Australias teacher training program. The purpose of this journal is to get information from teacher education program about the percentage of preparation program of CBM content, the mandatory of the program, the content delivered in CBM practice, hours of interaction for CBM, the structured of CBM, and instructors of CBM units research or recent publication.

ARTICLE SUMMARY Teachers who are effective classroom managers have the ability to keep students focused on the instructional task at hand. Effective teacher will take action when they sense that some students are distracted or losing their engagement in learning. The teachers' actions often quite subtle reengage students and prevent the actual misbehavior that might otherwise occur. Early research view that classroom management and managing student behavior is a big stress (Geving,2007;Gaiallo & Little,2003) and fear for teacher and become one of the reasons for leaving this profession. So classroom management experience are needed as preparation for training teacher (Scale, 1994). There are studies that show that effective classroom management contributes to higher academic achievement (L., Polk, L., Keys, C. and McMahon, S. D., 2013). Classroom management is also an important factor in influencing the motivation, the level of student participation in the classroom. Generally, classroom management refers to the ability of teachers to control

the students to ensure learning process goes smoothly. Gore and Parkes (2007) state that almost half of teacher education program in Australia have discrete CBM unit either stand-alone unit or embedded with other units. From the founding, 35 primary education programs at 35 tertiary institution had more than 100 units of CBM. From there only two programs offer CBM as elective units and there are three program had no CBM content at all. Thus, almost all graduated training teacher in Australia undergo CBM exposure in their coursework. 32 out of 35 primary education programs had at least one unit that contain CBM implement either in standalone or embedded content, mandatory or elective CBM units. From the result, standalone CBM content seem higher than embedded contents. Most of primary education program offer CBM units as mandatory embedded and mandatory stand-alone. There are about eight unit off stand-alone CBM units that have full outline of the coursework. The information are briefly explain in detail and five out of eight units from the remaining programs include theoretical models in their CBM units. Many other stand-alone CBM units in most program had no full outline and no references being made as guideline for evidence-base practice. The other outline just a little information about classroom and behavior management nothing detail about CBM practice. Most of CBM units only contain few hours of practice. Most of stand-alone CBM units content has theoretical model of management. It was clear From the discussion, CBM is considered as not equally important as the major coursework is the reason that stand-alone CBM units may not include in teacher preparation program. Other program also focus more and pedagogy approach because according to Emmer and Stought (2001) effective pedagogy can reduce problematic student behavior but cannot eliminate it. Most Australian training teacher only get exposure to CBM classroom practice in third year of program because it related to the first professional experience. Ladau (2001) in his research said that stand-alone mandatory units is more effective in managing student behavior as it had more exposure and theory. Beside other research express that explicit and focused

coursework in CBM can be beneficial to pre-service teacher in their instructional ability, self-confident and efficiency in classroom management.

The aim of this journal writing is to get feedback from year four undergraduate pre-service teacher education program about CBM exposure and its effect toward their preparation to become teacher. Every important point was divided into paragraph so all information can be access easily. In result and finding, the writer had given clear detail about the result under each heading. academic context. However, this research field which is Classroom Behavior Management for preparation undergraduate primary education is the first research in Australia. The writer had state the situation in the article that this study is the first to it kind in Australia so it had no conclusion to be drawn as to whether CBM had increase or decrease over time within primary teacher preparation program. Further studies by other researcher will validate this research data as it the pioneer in the field of studies. It might a bit difficult article to read and understand, but I could be relevant as guidance and reflection of CBM units to Education Department of Australian to coordinate and plan for better guideline and method to practice CBM for pre-services teacher. This allows the Education Department issued a general guide about CBM and is followed by all educational institutions in Australia.

Discussion: Implementation of Classroom Behavior Management CBM in Malaysian Teaching Institution

In my opinion I agree with this journal article entitle Classroom behavior management preparation in undergraduate primary teacher education in Australia. I think CBM program should be implement in Malaysian Teaching Institution as stand-alone mandatory subject. This due to the exposure and approach of classroom control before the training teacher graduated and go to school later. Lately, no one can deny that teacher career are burdened with various odd tasks and unprofessional. This responsibility workload might give some implications positive and negative to the career of a particular teacher trainees. Whatever the task to do, a teacher, they should be smart enough to manage and organize time in ensuring that the task is not responsible side interfere with their primary job with good classroom management.

KHAIRUL HAFIZD MOHD ASRI/A4 JOURNAL ARTICLE REVIEW

Sanford J., Emmer E. & Clemment B. define Classroom management as all things that must be done by a teacher to encourage participation and collaboration in the classroom and develop a productive environment. According to my opinion classroom management is the most difficult components to master though many theories have learned and have tried many techniques applied. This problem seems to there is no cure that can fix it quickly and completely. Room management degrees include managing student behavior is a skill that only will be achieved through experience. (Emmer, Evertson, & Worsham, 2003; Evertson, Emmer, & Worsham, 2003) have identified important components of classroom management, including beginning the school year with a positive emphasis on management; arranging the room in a way conducive to effective management; and identifying and implementing rules and operating procedures. The main thing that should be noted by the training teacher is how they will be managing the classroom on the first day they walked into the classroom to teach. The students will continue to evaluate directly the teacher who will teach them. For their teacher is so foreign individuals do them and they will look at every movement of trainee teachers before they show their true behavior. As a teacher, they need to be better prepared and to plan what they will do for the first time walked into the classroom. These elements is something that will help teacher throughout their teaching practicum for three-month.

CONCLUSION It is clear that classroom management is an important task requires knowledge, skill, patience and commitment that is optimal for obtain maximum effect. It should be noted that student teachers should get adequate information about the classroom and his students first pre-set for the first time in the classroom. Preparation JERIS (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual, Socialization, Nature, Servant of God) teacher complete trainer will allow teaching and learning to successful, happy and successful.
