Benefits Information: You will receive your monthly salary on the last working day of the month. There will be performance review after every six months and salary revision once a year as stated in the agreement letter and other document.

ALLOWANCES/ENTITLEMENTS Hazard/Inconvenience: $360 (monthly) Car Maintenance: $300 (Monthly) House & Furnishings: $2,000 (Yearly) Entertainment & Recreation: $150 (Monthly) Travel & Event: $450 (Monthly) Salary: Monthly starting salary of $10,500 paid in monthly instalments by your choice of check or direct deposit Performance Bonuses: Up to three percent of your annual gross salary, paid quarterly by your choice of check or direct deposit Education assistance for One of employee child to any school of employee choice Health, dental, life and disability insurance

On the date of joining, you need to sign the Original employment contract documents stating all employment terms and conditions. Note: That the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained from the US Embassy in your Country, according to the US Immigration Service. We have agreed that all the cost of procuring visa should be paid by you, which is in accordance to Contract Agreement Letter. Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided for you and five members of your family. Although, the cost of visa expenses or any charges incurred on the cause of procuring your papers (You and Five of Your Family) shall be reimbursed within couple of days of your arrival in the company. You will be given a two weeks familiarization course before you proceed with your appointment.
