For Web Development projects including Word press, Joomla, E-commerce design & development, Custom PHP Development, total project cost is usually divided into two parts. Based on project requirement and specification design and development cost can be different. For example in a $400 word press project, $150 is design part and $250 is development part. So in case after design approval if we are unable to finish the project then you'll get $250 refund. Once design and development is done and after that if you don't want to continue, then there won't be any refund whatsoever.

In the event that more than the amount of the deposits worth of the anticipated work is completed, additional payment will be due, prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification to stop work. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. If the Customer cancels service and applies for a refund before the payment period has ended, the customer will receive a refund for the remaining part of the month.
