They supply process steam to the desalination and steam turbine plants! 8team is also relayed to the hea"y fuel oil tan.s at the tan. farm to .eep the oil at the desired temperature for pumping! Two :!& '( blac.5start diesel generator units are a"ailable to restore the power supply in case of a wide5 area outage! The power comple+ also has a hydrogen plant consisting of two hydrogen generators! ;ach has a production capacity of :&: standard cubic feet per hour 0scfh4 of << percent purity hydrogen gas! 6ydrogen gas is used in the petrochemical industry, mostly for fossil fuel processing and ammonia production!
